TUI BLUE Atlantica Sungarden Park

Wonderful stay. I'd like to highlight how brilliant the staff were. In every function (housekeeping, dining, reception etc) they made this hotel stay memorable. The location is 30 min walk from nissi beach which was beautiful, and not far from local and tourist nightlife. Food was really good with a wide range of cuisines. Enough options for all tastes. My only concerns ,are 1. I hope that there is a review of furnishings/bathroom maintenance soon because although its in decent condition, it is starting to be in need of a touch up. 2. We just felt a little rushed after paying for late checkout by housekeeping. It wasn't a major issue but was easily avoidable. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel if you're looking for a stay in the next 12 months. Thanks again to the staff, hope this review helps anyone unsure.

Wow. What a gem of a place. Checking in was easy and friendly, luggage took to our room and was very pleased with our room. Spacious and great views. 1113. Perfect. Right , food in this place is some of the best I've ever had on holiday, superb. Every meat imaginable and cooked perfectly. Selection was brilliant. Wife is gluten free ,never have we experienced a Selection like it, my wife's a generally fussy ,picky eater but wow beautiful. Every meal time was perfect, shown to our regular table ,drinks ordered and delivered, again brilliant. The staff in the restaurant are a real credit to this hotel. The Italian restaurant is something else, one free visit per week, luckily we had 2 , again perfect. Staff go above and beyond in there. Keep up the great work. Bar in reception was great, the two guys on there deserve a special mention, one had a tattoo on his head ,what a credit to your hotel, great guy and nothing too much for him to serve. Then the other guy ,apologies I can't remember name but again nothing too much trouble. They both worked that bar like a dream. The pools were fresh but we were there early season so to be expected. Lovely clean area around pools ,sunbeds ,and bar area,again a real asset to the hotel. Location is also perfect, a gentle walk to left and 15 mins into the heart of ayia napa. Beautiful. The other way 25 mins nissi beach, breath taking, ,all in all this was the best holiday we have ever had ,from start to finish everything was perfect. My wife had her birthday and our wedding anniversary here and was made that little bit more special by the hotel staff.thankyou.I would highly recommend this hotel and we are booking our return for may next year, maybe even sneak a cheeky week in this year later on. I really can't praise this hotel enough. Every member of staff has a smile no matter time of day,and always eager to help. Room cleaning was excellent also. Bizet I believe the guy on bar was his name, a special mention, a truly genuine nice guy. See you guys again in may 27 or if possible later on in year. Once again thankyou for making our stay at your fabulous hotel a magical one.

The Atlantica Sungarden Park was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had. The hotel is ideally located, spotless, the staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. I also loved the Bluefit sessions with Carl who always brought lots of energy.

From arrival to departure everything was just great. We had a swim-up room with sun on the terrace all day (4006). Food in the buffet was good and varied. Make sure you book a table at the Italian restaurant, as the menu here is really good as well. Pool area is never too busy, and there are plenty of seating options. Special shoutout to Servesh and Bijay in the Lobby bar and Amandeep in the dining area. You guys went above and beyond to make our stay excellent! Thanks.

The hotel was lovely. We were greeted with a cool drink and our cases were taken to our room for us. We booked a swim-up room as it was a special birthday for my husband and a regular birthday for myself. Room 5011 which got the sun until around 2.30 on the terrace and then on the pool for the rest of the afternoon. The pool is only shared with one other room which was great. Food was probably some of the best AI we have ever had, the chef was present at almost every meal and would come and chat to the guests. The meat and fish was good quality which was unusual for AI. The à la carte restaurant is amazing, we had 2 visits as we stayed for 10 days. The second visit was my birthday and the staff sang and presented me with a cake and a bottle of champagne, a lovely touch! A snack bar by the pool was a great addition, burgers, hot dogs, chips, wraps, salads, cake and ice cream during the day. Both the pool bar and reception bar had great staff. If you wanted a cocktail that wasn’t on the menu if you told them the ingredients they would make it for you. We needed to contact maintenance twice, and our issues were attended to immediately. BUT……. Tui really let this hotel down with the entertainment or lack of. I questioned this with the Rep and was told that TUI Blue entertainment was ‘low key’. We’ve had several other TUI Blue holidays and the entertainment has been amazing. I met a lady in her 80’s who said ‘I don’t come on holiday to go to bed at 9.30’ There’s also very few places to sit in the evening. The Reception bar is not very big and is brightly lit and next to the Reception. The pool bar is open in the evening but the chairs have been sat on during the day by people covered in sunscreen and have bird droppings on them. Not ideal when you’re showered and dressed for the evening. The other issue is the lack of toilet facilities around the pool. You either need to walk through Reception and up some stairs or in the lift, or down in a lift and into the spa which involves walking down a slope. With just a few tweaks this would be the perfect holiday.
