We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very clean. All the staff were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The children especially enjoyed Kandiland and the playSpace. The island itself was stunning and beautifully maintained. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience.

A great resort is not one where everything goes perfectly, but one that knows how to make things right when something goes wrong. Our vacation didn’t start as planned because of a booking issue. Although the problem was not the resort’s responsibility, the management and Front Office team immediately stepped in and treated it as if it were their own. A very special thank you to Yasser, the Front Office Manager, and his team, who genuinely cared about making our family happy. They listened, acted quickly, kept following up with us throughout our stay, and went above and beyond to make sure we left with great memories instead of disappointment. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail completely changed our experience. What started as a stressful situation turned into one of the most enjoyable family vacations we’ve had. Kandima is a beautiful resort, but its greatest asset is its people. Thank you, Yasser and the entire Front Office team, for your outstanding hospitality. We will definitely be back!

Very beautiful place and the people there are very kind especially Sanjana she is very welcoming and nice
