The hotel is ok. The room was not ready until 3pm on arrival after a night flight. No issues with the staff but I asked for a room change that wasn’t fulfilled. Our view from the 6th floor was of boarded up windows of a neighbouring hotel, and the double glazing didn’t work and it sounded like the windows were open. The loud music from the local bars and clubs goes on until 4am and its location was not for us. The hotel does not have enough facilities for guests. Breakfast was busy and very basic. the Indoor pool is small and the rooftop pool always busy. The hotel is located in the middle of a shopping centre and you need to go out of the hotel into the shopping centre to access lifts to the restaurant and pool areas. There is a lot of building work going on in St. Julian’s bay, which is not very aesthetically appealing, This is NOT a family location due to the amount of nightlife in the area and fighting we could hear at night. If I visit again I would consider staying in Sliema instead. I really can’t understand why the reviews are so good for this hotel. My advice is unless you’re going out clubbing choose somewhere else.

We did our research and switched to this holiday with easyjet from a holiday to Cyprus. Wished we had gone to Cyprus instead. The hotel is ok. No issues with the staff but we did have to relocate rooms because of the music thats goes on until 4am and its location was not for us. The hotel does not have enough facilities for guests. No matter what time we went to breakfast, it was rammed and hard to gwt a table for four. Indoor pool ridiculously small and rhe rooftop pool always packed. You wait ages for the lifts which cannot take more than 5 people without the alarm going on. Felt we could have been in any town in the UK. No amount of research prepares you for the noise. And the hotel is the middle of a shopping centre. I might as well have gone to my local premier inn in my home town. This is NOT a family location. Easyjet's photos of the hotel are misleading and have removed the cranes from the bay picture. Oh and be prepared to be offered drugs on the strip. Families should consider going to Sliema instead. I'd hate to be here in peak season.

We stayed from 1 tò 6 April. Everythigs was fine until we received false information for a Daily trip in Gozo. The girl at the desk doesn't told us that we have a very short time, less than 4 hours to stay, because we arrived at 11.15 in Gozo, we saw only 2 Place and then we weren't tò be back in time to the boat. We Need tò arrange a new reservation with extra costo After payign 170 euro for 2 adulti and 2 child

Perfect location for travelling around Malta and right opposite all the bars and clubs. Very relaxing atmosphere even when it’s a little loud in the night. Rooms were amazing and clean and room service came everyday and were lovely. Great value for money. Amazing rooftop pool and indoor pool, with restaurants very close by.
