Best Western Premier Malta

The hotel has lovely large rooms with huge beds. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive. The Aircon units are huge on the balcony areas at the front of the hotel therefore some rooms have these on their balcony. We could not sleep due to the noise we reported it a number of times to the hotel night staff and we were moved rooms. Other than this we have had a good stay.

Excellent service from Kelly and Eva,nothing was to much trouble for them very efficient and polite, also wonderful job done by our room attendant Sunita, thanks to all three..

Very good hotel in ALL respects.

This is a great hotel, close to all amenities and many different types of restaurants. Many supermarkets minutes walk away. The bus stop for the hop on and hop off bus was only a few minutes walk away from this hotel which allowed us to visit all of Malta with flexibility. Just note that this hotel is 20minutes drive from Valetta but we didnt find this an issue as we utilised the hop on/off bus to visit. Hotel room size was amazing, very large including the bathroom. Towels, hairdryer, kettle, fridge and tea/coffee all in the room. The first mini bar stock was included free of charge which was amazing! Room and hotel was very clean. Breakfast options were good! Staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a suhoor menu for me to have in the room and respected my preferences.
