Best Western Premier Malta

My wife and I had a 10 day holiday at the BWP, Malta which included breakfast and evening meals. We stayed in a de luxe room with balcony view of the sea. From the start we were met by friendly staff who genuinely could not do enough to make our holiday special. The room was large, very clean and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast covered all the bases. Fruit, yogurt, seeds and granola were readily available followed by cheese meats and salads and for those who wished the full hot British experience it was there in abundance. The evening meals were delicious. Each night provided something different with Italian and Maltese nights being our particular favourites. The staff, particularly within the restaurant, were superb. Sofi led the team and was made for the job. So friendly, funny and extremely knowledgeable not only about the food she was serving but of the local places of interest to visit… she was a star and she was ably assisted by Abhi, Kumar and the rest of the staff. My wife and i’s experience will lead us to return to this hotel… 10 out of 10.

We thought the hotel was a little closer to the sea but it was only a 3 minute walk. It was pleasant and welcoming and there was a variety of room designs. Breakfast was a great experience - there was everything you may want. We had information in the room about trips and ideas for excursions. In the reception area worked Kelly and we approached her to book. She was particularly helpful and her local knowledge regarding things we might like to do helped make our brief holiday so much more interesting and informative.

Really enjoyed my stay at Best Western Premier Malta. The location is great and makes it easy to get around. The spa was the only downside — smaller than expected and more of a hydro pool than a true jacuzzi poor bubbles etc with slightly misleading photos online. However, the sauna/steam room were fine and the gym was excellent. I was confused to see blue towels all over the floor in the spa area near the pool to soak up water, this is towels people use on their body! Not sure who came up with this idea but its actually nasty! The restaurant was actually very good — nicer than some of the food I had at local restaurants. I didn’t try breakfast as it’s not my preference, but there was a wide variety available. The highlight was the staff — very friendly and welcoming. I was checked in by a trainee, Eva, who provided excellent customer service.

Great location and access to trips and transport. Hotel is modern and great amenities. Would stay again!

Absolutely amazing hotel, very modern, staff all amazing couldn’t do enough for you, service was brilliant, breakfast, lunch & dinner was delicious & loads of choice to choose from, we had a junior suite & it’s was huge, loads of space & the bed was lovely & comfortable, all in all a lovely experience. Will definitely be visiting again in the furure.
