Hyatt Place Taghazout Bay

Decent hotel. location is great. clean. warm and helpful staff. beautiful landscape. food especially dinner is very hit or miss. nice evening live music. went with a 6 month old, accomodating gestures and services but kids play area was dormant. Pool area lovely, option of heated or cold pool. Service around pool is a bit meh though. Otherwise service across hotel is really good - notable mention Mariam the housekeeper, who went extra mile to help with room birthday decor for my wife.

We had an incredible stay at Hyatt Place Taghazout and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. We asked if it was possible to upgrade our room, and the team went above and beyond by showing us three different rooms so we could choose the one we loved most. That level of customer service really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. The hotel facilities are excellent, modern, and spotlessly clean. Everything was very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. As a couple, it was the perfect place for a getaway, but we also noticed plenty of family-friendly areas and activities for those travelling with children. A huge thank you to all the staff at Hyatt Place Taghazout for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Great Hotel The staff very friendly and efficient To be greeted daily with a friendly smile and a good morning and how are you today is so refreshing . The facilities and food offer good many choices . Rooms clean and tidy and service staff always ready to help . My beloved always choose where we go and this was an excellent choice .

Myself & 2 friends came here to celebrate a special birthday beautiful hotel, stunning location , it is away from the town but shuttle is provided by the hotel to the beach & Agadir town, taxi is easy to use also

I just experienced a stay here with 3 friends and the staff are beyond f.u.k.i.n.g horrible , the food is worse than d.o.g s.h.i.t and I'm alarmed at the service , I have visited many regions in Morocco and the food and staff are one off the worst i have ever encountered in my life since I began travelling , we were here to celebrate my friend's birthday and you all have ruined the experience for her, I will never recommend this hotel to no one , the facilities and hotel is beautiful but your staff and the quality off food , is way below , what is acceptable and you need to employ better staff that provide excellent service to their hotel guests and chefs that actually know how to cook , they are letting the hotel down considerably and will affect tourists from visiting here
