Hyatt Place Taghazout Bay

This was an amazing stay! The hotel facilities are very good and everything is kept very nice and tidy. The hotel staff is always ready to help with everything! And transport is very available from the hotel which was perfect and made us feel very safe when going out on sightseeing or other trips

My husband and I have just returned from a Jet2 holiday. Hyatt Place was a perfect place to stay. We wanted a calm relaxing holiday and they delivered. The view from the hotel over the ocean was perfect. We had amazing sunsets. Our room was beautiful.Spacious and sparkling clean. The shower in the bathroom was superb. Our towels were changed daily and the room service was excellent. All the staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly. We were on a bed and breakfast tariff, but we ate our meals in the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful, so much choice. Dinner maybe could have been hotter, but the salads and desserts were exceptional. If we wanted snacks by the pool we only had to ask and they were delivered to our sunbeds. We cannot stress enough how much we enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again next year. All tho over all me and my wife are happy with our experience and we would recommend this hotel as an option, there were a couple of things that we were not satisfied with completely, we found the the food was expensive it would of been much more cost effective for us to stay in town and eat our meals there and the 200drm taxi ride (one way) was expensive and I am particularly annoyed that they stopped cooking bacon for breakfast on the last 4 days of our trip with no explanation to why. Also the tapas menu in the bar restaurant I felt was lacking and could be something so much better and the evening meal should be table service with a menu not a help your self buffet, it just felt lazy and the hot food was kept warm not hot for breakfast and dinner. Lastly I wish there was sugar and lemon available for the pancakes for breakfast

We are just back from a 4 night break. This was our first time to Morocco and we will be back! The hotel sits up on the hill overlooking Tagazhout Bay. The views are amazing and it was so peaceful sitting in the cabana sipping a cocktail. The shuttle bus down to Tagazhout Bay and Agadir is a great addition. We did walk back from the bay one day which took about 20mins, but it is all uphill and would be different in very warm weather. The rooms are spacious with a large balcony that we enjoyed sitting in the morning and night. We were upgraded to a full seaview room, which was amazing and worth it. I would note that the rooms were a bit tired around the edges, but that didn’t spoil anything for us. The breakfast is amazing! We had Lunch at the pool bar twice which was nice, but our most expensive meals whilst in Tagazhout. We had dinner included in our package and whilst this was very similar the four nights, it was still very tasty. The staff are all very kind and welcoming. Loved the different spaces to sit at night and the heaters outside the bar area were a bonus as it was cold at night. We booked our airport transfers with the hotel and it was worth it, very easy and pleasant. Looking forward to retuning next year. Thank you

Returned from this little oasis of calm after a 4 day self appointed "retreat" before resuming busy granny duties at home. If you are a lone woman traveler, don't hesitate. Hope to come back soon..Thanks to all staff.
