Had a wonderful stay! The food was absolutely awesome with a great variety to choose from. The service was also top-notch—the staff were incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa was absolutely unforgettable. This hotel perfectly reflects the spirit of the island – just like Mauritius itself, it truly feels like paradise on earth. The entire resort is beautifully designed, blending seamlessly with the tropical surroundings and creating a sense of peace, elegance, and relaxation. The rooms are stunning, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Every detail contributes to a high level of comfort. What impressed us the most, however, was the food. We are used to excellent hotels around the world, but here the cuisine was simply the best we have ever experienced. Every meal was a delight. The beach is perfect – soft sand and a serene atmosphere around adult pool that lets you fully unwind. The overall experience is enhanced by thoughtful touches such as evening torch ceremonies and live concerts, which add a magical, almost dreamlike ambiance. But above all, it was the people who made our stay truly special. The friendly, warm, and professional staff made us feel welcome every single day and created a genuine “home away from home” feeling. Special thanks go to: Jannick, Vanessa, Shan, Ruth, Dennis, Udhay, Maya, Andrea, Veerasawmy, Laurent, Kapeel, and Nikhil. Plus receptionists and the adult pool bar staff. Because of them, this experience was truly exceptional, and they are the main reason we will definitely return. You can clearly see that this hotel is cared for with love.

Amazing massage by my therapist Nitisha! Absolutely loved it. Only little downfall is that security did not properly explain where the spa was situated, so I lost about 20mins roaming inside the hotel. I had planned to use the sauna and hammam before my massage. Other than that, the service was top!

I recently had the pleasure of spending time at the Hilton Mauritius, and the experience was consistently excellent from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, set in a stunning location on the west coast, but what truly stands out is the quality of the people who work there. A special mention goes to Wenda Mohammed, who oversees the public areas. She brings a level of care and professionalism that is immediately noticeable. Each time I visit, she ensures everything runs smoothly and that guests feel genuinely welcomed and looked after. Her attention to detail and calm, efficient manner reflect not only her own dedication but also the strength of the team she leads. It was also a pleasure to meet the general manager, whose warmth and leadership clearly set the tone for the entire hotel. Across the board, the staff are friendly, attentive, and committed to delivering a memorable experience. It’s clear that there is a strong culture of hospitality here. Overall, I’ve met some truly wonderful people during my visits, and it makes all the difference. Thank you to everyone for the consistently high standard of service. I highly recommend this hotel and very much look forward to returning again soon.
