Cedric & Kurtish for team building - The activities proposed by them was really amazing, they helped us with the team bonding. Celine for Uno - it was wonderful playing with her, creating the competition mindset and bonding again with the team. Overall, i really appreciated this day package

We recently held a team-building event there, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. A special thanks to Cedric and Kurtish for team building and Celine for UNO. whose energy, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made our day memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that everyone felt engaged and included. The atmosphere was great, the activities were well-organized, and the whole team left with wonderful memories. Highly recommended for anyone looking to host a successful and enjoyable team event!

Our stay at Ocean Creek Hotel was far below expectations and raised serious concerns. While check-in was smooth and the room was comfortable, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The so-called all-inclusive package is misleading. No alcoholic drinks in the minibar (only 4 sodas and 2 juices), and the overall selection is extremely limited. Service at the main bar is frustrating — waiting times exceed 20 minutes, staff are inattentive, and it often felt like the barman was deliberately refusing orders by simply saying items were “not available,” leaving very few options. When drinks were finally served, they tasted diluted and of poor quality. General hospitality standards were also lacking. Most staff do not greet guests, with only a few exceptions, which does not reflect the level of service expected from a hotel of this category. Food options were limited, especially for kids, with very few suitable choices. The most alarming part of our stay was the lack of basic security. At check-out, I was asked to retrieve my own luggage from the luggage room, where I had unrestricted access to other guests’ belongings — a serious breach of trust and standard hotel practice. Even more concerning, during our stay, another guest’s luggage was reported missing and staff were actively searching for it. This combination of poor service, misleading all-inclusive offering, and weak security controls is simply not acceptable. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel in its current state. 2/5.

Ocean Creek never fails to impress me, and I’m certain this won’t be my last visit. From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Diksha handled my check-in seamlessly, ensuring everything was perfectly in order while making me feel completely at ease with her warm and engaging personality. That personal touch truly set the tone for the rest of my stay. The property itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and unwind. Every space feels thoughtfully designed, and the attention to detail does not go unnoticed. Mr. Vincent Comarmond, the Hotel General Manager, took the time to personally engage with us, without any sense of hierarchy. Despite his position, he made us feel genuinely valued — like family rather than guests. Mr. Visham (F&B Director)and Mr. Ajay Juglall the Genius man also interacted with us, contributing to the warm and welcoming environment It’s rare to find a place where you feel so well cared for without it ever feeling forced — everything flowed naturally. A special mention to the restaurant team —Gavesh, Govind and Kavishek — for their outstanding hospitality and attentiveness. Their professionalism and friendliness made every dining experience a pleasure. The bar team — Kavish, Sham, and Michael (Mika) — were equally impressive, always welcoming with great energy and expertly crafted drinks. They added a lively and enjoyable touch to the evenings. Executive Chef Kaviraj deserves high praise for the incredible cuisine. Each meal was flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with passion and care. The variety and quality of the food truly elevated my stay. Thank you to the entire Ocean Creek team for yet another unforgettable experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
