Ocean´s Creek Beach Hotel

My overall experience at Ocean Creek Hotel was very enjoyable and memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff made a strong impression with their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. The level of service throughout my stay was truly exceptional, and every interaction felt welcoming and well-organized. The ambiance of the hotel is elegant, calm, and beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. While the stay itself was excellent, I was disappointed with the dinner experience yesterday. Unfortunately, the food quality did not meet the high standards set by the rest of the hotel. In particular, the lamb was quite hard and difficult to chew, which affected the overall dining experience. This was the only downside during my stay. Despite this, Ocean Creek Hotel remains a wonderful place, and I truly hope the kitchen can improve this aspect in the future so that the dining experience matches the outstanding service, staff, and ambiance the hotel is known for.

It was our second time stay at ocean Greek .We went there last year in November. It was awesome no regrets that why we chose it again this year . Unfortunately it was not the same very disappointing.During our stay till we returned i keep on asking hand towel they kept on saying later. But their later never came.Pool towel also during our stay only one time when i went to change .The lady overthere told me MET LI SEC then you use it. Lastly , my 5 years old daughter was in the room she was very tired and doesnt want to come in the restaurant she was with her father. She told me to bring a piece of watermelon for her.There was a waitres forbid me to do so. I keep on explaining her but in vain. I can understand there must some rules but as a human being she could understand only a piece of watermelon she is showing much attitude.. My daughter keep on waiting . What is the purpose of paying so much that we can not enjoy it . Disgusting waitress.

I had a nice time wiz family at ocean creeks at balaclava,i had a nice welcome,good service,good food and i specially want to thank Mr kushal,Mrs karuna and Mr vikram for their warm welcoming n services they provide us and also z staff they were great n as far as i remember some of them were Akash,Ravi.Mitch,Rishni and many more.i thanked all of u very much.c u soon

We had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed every moment of this trip with our family. Everything was well organized, relaxed, and perfectly suited for all ages. The experience was smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free from start to finish. What made it special was the warm, friendly atmosphere and the attention to detail, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the day. It was a great opportunity to spend quality time together while discovering and enjoying beautiful places. Highly recommended for families looking for a memorable and enjoyable experience. We will definitely remember this trip and would happily do it again! Special thanks to Dixsha, Ashiq, Laurence(Nigerian guy who speaks hindi), Rahul, and all the other staffs. All the staff were very kind and welcoming.

Following our stay at Ocean Creek from the 4th to the 6th of January, I would like to sincerely thank the staff, as our stay was truly wonderful. The warm welcome, the delicious meals, the very comfortable room, and the friendly atmosphere made our experience unforgettable.
