I had an amazing stay at this hotel and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully prepared. What impressed me the most was the decoration of the room. The romantic setup with the towel swans, flower petals on the bed, and the champagne prepared on the table immediately caught my eye. It made the moment feel very special and showed the great attention to detail from the team. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Mr Shahaz, Mr Noor, Kevin, Mr Irvin, Mr Ronny, Sharvan, Sharonne, Rishni, Vanessa, and especially Dixsha at the reception for her warm welcome and professionalism. Their kindness and excellent service truly made my stay unforgettable. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel and I look forward to coming back again.

Overall a good experience at Ocean Creek. Thanks Miss Diksha who was doing her best to give us a good service from start to end. She was very helpful, friendly and generous. Thank you to Mr. Toolsy who was very friendly and helpful at the main restaurant. However, I also encounter to unpleasant event during my stay. The security staff don't have manner to talk to customers, he was very rude and talking inappropriately to customers. And during whole scene he cover his badge name. And Secondly before our check out our luggage was already taken out of the room to the luggage room without making us aware of this. Otherwise foods was really good, and apart from one specific staff others was very friendly and helpful Hammam and sauna experience was excellence ✨️ Cocktail variety compare to previous experiences with other hotel did not meet my expectations The room was excellence
