Vše super. Jen by se personál měl zaměřit na úklid podlah a čistoty na wc. Vše co nahlásíte na recepci je řešeno hned. Ale nechcete na recepci říkat, ze Vám mají uklidit podlahu nebo zamést mrtvé pavouky na wc. Za 3 dny uklizečka podlahu nevytřela ani nešáhla na záchod. Papír toaletni doplní. To je jediná mrzutá věc.

Hotel se nachází v klidném prostředí na severu ostrova, ve středisku Anse la Raie, asi 30 km od hlavního města Port Louis a 6 km od živého střediska Grand Baie. Svým konceptem je ideální především pro páry, kteří touží po odpočinku a soukromí. Hotel je určený pouze pro dospělé, a proto je oblíbený pro svatby. 67 originálně designovaných pokojů je inspirováno sídlem Východoindické společnosti Pondicherry, která byla známá obchodem s esenciálními oleji. Ve všech pohodlných pokojích se nachází velmi kvalitní nábytek z vyřezávaného vzácného dřeva, nadýchané hedvábné látky v teplých odstínech fuchsie, anýzově zelené a oranžové a také balkon nebo terasa, z které je výhled na pláž a oceán. Důvěrnou atmosféru doplňuje příjemné osvětlení. Má nádhernou pláž, excelentní služby, splní očekávání i náročnější klientele.

WOW- an absolutely incredibly stay from beginning to end!!! We booked ‘Paradise Cove Boutique Hotel’ following extensive research into accommodation on the beautiful island of Mauritius and it certainly did not disappoint! We arrived, exhausted, following a long haul flight from Gatwick and were greeted in reception with welcome drinks and a private tour of our hotel and grounds. We were delighted to find that our room was ready for an early check in- so very welcome following our journey! We stayed in a deluxe room with balcony and found it was more than adequate to meet our requirements. Throughout our stay our room was serviced at least twice daily, with fresh towels and replenishment of provisions. We opted for the ‘All inclusive’ Package which we would highly recommend. This package allowed us to dine in all the restaurants, all serving the most delicious and freshly prepared dishes with the most incredible ingredients. A personal favourite of ours was ‘The peninsula’ with the most wonderful view of the Indian Ocean! Absolutely breathtaking!! My (now) Husband and I chose this wonderful hotel to celebrate our Marriage. The most incredible and unforgettable day! We liaised with Sandhiya prior to our arrival, with Kacey being our allocated personal wedding planner on arrival! Kacey was absolutely outstanding- listening carefully to our wishes respectfully, while interjecting with helpful and practical suggestions where required. Our day couldn’t have been more perfect- from Kacey organising the spa, flowers, cake, musicians, photographer and coordinating our ceremony with expert precision. It really was the most perfect day! Our wedding package included a wedding breakfast at ‘The Cove’ followed by breakfast the following morning and a further candlelit meal the evening after! Every single Member of staff went above and beyond during our stay- from the hospitality staff, to the groundsmen, to the housekeepers- all an absolute asset to ‘Paradise Cove’. A HUGE THANK YOU to each and every one for making our stay exceptional and by far, exceeding our expectations! We would not hesitate to recommend “Paradise Cove’ and we will certainly return in the future!

We arrived to a warm welcome at Paradise Cove, with a smooth check-in and a nice upgrade to a Premier Junior Suite. The pools were a highlight, especially the one overlooking the sea near the Peninsula restaurant, and the staff throughout the hotel were exceptional, friendly, attentive, and definitely the standout feature of the stay. That said, there were a few downsides. The rooms didn’t quite match the photos, perhaps a touch of artistic licence or cleverly taken marketing shots. Externally they felt a bit dated, and inside they were darker than expected. There was also quite a bit of maintenance going on during our stay, including cleaning, jet washing, and some fairly noisy work, which impacted the atmosphere. The cove area itself didn’t feel particularly inviting for swimming, despite being described as safe. Also worth noting, there’s no direct beach walk from the hotel, so a car is recommended if you want to explore. Food was very good overall, especially at The Cove, where lobster night was excellent, and XO. The all-inclusive package, however, felt a little underwhelming compared to other high-end hotels in Mauritius, particularly in terms of drinks and cocktails. We did have a small issue with the spa, but it was handled professionally and exceptionally well by the reception manager, many thanks to her. A tip, pre-book restaurants in advance, as some are closed on certain nights. Overall, a generally good stay, made special by the fantastic staff, but worth comparing carefully with other options depending on what you’re looking for.

The vacation at this hotel was just perfect! The service, variety of food, well-maintained environment, and spa treatments were wonderful.
