Paradise Cove Boutique Hotel

Vše super. Jen by se personál měl zaměřit na úklid podlah a čistoty na wc. Vše co nahlásíte na recepci je řešeno hned. Ale nechcete na recepci říkat, ze Vám mají uklidit podlahu nebo zamést mrtvé pavouky na wc. Za 3 dny uklizečka podlahu nevytřela ani nešáhla na záchod. Papír toaletni doplní. To je jediná mrzutá věc.

Hotel se nachází v klidném prostředí na severu ostrova, ve středisku Anse la Raie, asi 30 km od hlavního města Port Louis a 6 km od živého střediska Grand Baie. Svým konceptem je ideální především pro páry, kteří touží po odpočinku a soukromí. Hotel je určený pouze pro dospělé, a proto je oblíbený pro svatby. 67 originálně designovaných pokojů je inspirováno sídlem Východoindické společnosti Pondicherry, která byla známá obchodem s esenciálními oleji. Ve všech pohodlných pokojích se nachází velmi kvalitní nábytek z vyřezávaného vzácného dřeva, nadýchané hedvábné látky v teplých odstínech fuchsie, anýzově zelené a oranžové a také balkon nebo terasa, z které je výhled na pláž a oceán. Důvěrnou atmosféru doplňuje příjemné osvětlení. Má nádhernou pláž, excelentní služby, splní očekávání i náročnější klientele.

We stayed at Paradise Cove for 11 nights for our honeymoon. It was everything we hoped for. A luxurious, relaxing, unforgettable holiday. Where do I begin? The room was beautiful and spacious (loved the double shower & sink bathroom, perfect for couples), and lovely Devianee made sure it was super clean and we had everything we needed during our stay. The hotel is very well designed. The space is used well, you always have a nice spot where to chill/eat/enjoy the sun. We never had to worry about getting sun beds and it was nice to try out different spots (infinity pool area did require going there a bit earlier, but there was no reserving the seats with towels, etc). The views are beautiful, especially the sunset by the infinity pool. The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed the sundowner drinks and evening entertainment. And the food… Just incredible. The buffet was good, lunch options were varied, and it was great that à la carte dinners were included (just make sure to pre-book). We especially enjoyed XO Japanese restaurant. Great vegetarian options everywhere too. The drinks were great - wines were of good quality, tasty cocktails (we enjoyed tasting hotel’s own creations). The piña colada, with local rum, of course, was the best I’ve ever had. We also had some treatments at the SPA, the romantic couple’s package was lush. Little touches for our honeymoon and the candlelit dinner by the pool were highlights too. Something that sets out Paradise Cove apart from other hotels is the eco mindset. It was great to see refillable shower gel/shampoo bottles and zero single use plastic. The local stray animals were also well looked after. Ultimately, it was the staff that made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone was friendly and professional, but we would especially like to thank Adrian, Yushal, and Tulsi for looking after us. Luxmi who leads the art sessions was wonderful too. The only feedback for improvements would be regarding the Pirogue getaway. This was something we put some of our wedding pool money towards and were very excited about. Whilst the boat ride was fun and the food provided was great, the main island we were taken to for a stroll around and to have the BBQ was covered in rubbish. We recognise it’s an island accessible to the public and waste management is something the country is working on, but considering there are other hotels/tours going there and profiting from it, maybe something could be done for regular clean ups. It did ruin the experience a little bit, just made us sad to see such lovely island with all the rubbish. Overall it was the perfect honeymoon. ❤️ Be prepared for some post holiday blues after though. 😊

Paradise Cove offers you paradise; beautiful setting, friendly staff, perfect rooms and delicious food in various restaurants settings. Be sure to book the catamaran trip! Certainly a place to come back too!

Nothing is too much trouble, you ask and they deliver. Luxurious rooms, the food is out of this world and the cattle market buffet of other hotels is no more. Prepare to be spoilt in every way. Enjoy your own space, even at full capacity the atmosphere is peaceful and you find your own personal space. Staff always happy to chat, laugh and make sure you have a great stay. Look out for Dipac Adrien yogesh rahen to name a few that went the extra mile (excuse spelling). Entertainment every night from local bands and music to fine to, we had a harpist pianist and violinist which were all fab. Please ignore the 1 star review on the website, this person was obviously deluded and just trying to get a refund. No way is everything they said accurate. Expect the best, get the best.
