Menší hotel s úžasnou atmosférou, velmi pěkné, čisté a účelně zařízené pokoje - měli jsme beach front view pokoj a výhled byl nezapomenutelný. Dokonale vybavená koupelna, čistě uklizeno každý den, naše room attendant Veronique byla anděl. Příjemná atmosféra v restauraci, usměvavý a ochotný personál, výborně ochucené jídlo, skvělé zákusky. Pláž písečná s hodně pozvolným vstupem do moře, boty jsme nepotřebovali. Udržovaná krásná zahrada, spousta zákoutí, kde se dá v klidu relaxovat. Pokud hledáte hotel se skvělými službami, kde je klid a každý respektuje vaše soukromí, můžu jen doporučit. Obrovské poděkování Daniele (manažerka recepce) a celému jejímu teamu - udělali z naší dovolené nezapomenutelný zážitek.

Nádherný resort,nádherné a teplé moře, špičkový servis.Navštívili jsme i park Casella který také doporučuji a určitě se jeďte podívat na delfíny . Škoda jen že jsme tam byli 8 dní a ne déle určitě se chceme vrátit a vidět i velryby .

Po celou dobu pobytu se budou snažit s úsměvem pro vás udělat cokoliv.I manažer hotelu se každý den ptá, zda jste spokojeni případně zda máte ještě nějaké jiné přání. Určitě se ještě vrátíme, zatím nejhezčí naše dovolená.

We have just got home from a two week stay at this hotel and I will try not to repeat what other recent reviews have said. I booked this holiday nearly a year in advance with Travel Republic and got what I thought was a good deal at the time and I still do. We got a free upgrade from half board to all inclusive which definitely saved us a lot. Upon arrival, we were given a room across the road in the other block and I thought the room was lovely, looking out over some trees. We had a sofa and a Juliet balcony. My husband was a bit disappointed that we didn’t have a sea view (no idea why as we didn’t pay for one!). However, we had a few issues with the room- most issues were dealt with quickly but after 3 nights, we moved rooms to the main block. This time I was a bit disappointed as the room was about half the size but it did have a terrace with a table and chairs and two sunloungers on a small piece of lawn. However, the husband was happy (still no sea view but he liked having some outside space). I don’t think there is any issue with the rooms across the road except you might get a bit damp if it’s raining. Comments about little to do in the area are true although the hotel entertainment team do some sort of little trip out most mornings at 9.30am and on Sundays, you can get a shuttle bus to Flacq Market for 300 rupees (about £5) each. We hired a car for the whole time we were there which only cost £210 and petrol is cheap (about £1 per litre) so even if the car was sat in the car park for half the time, we felt it was well worth it. The days out to the south of the island were long - mostly because the roads are not that quick and speed limits are enforced. Having said that, although we found driving easy, especially as they drive on the left, you do have to beware of mad Mauritian drivers who dangerously overtake and think that red lights are optional! Hiring a car from the hotel is about £50 for a day but the daily rate goes down a bit if you hire it for longer. Alternatively, you can hire a car and driver from the hotel for about £80 for a day. Friends of ours staying at another hotel did this and found their driver very informative. The staff are all good at their jobs but we found some were more friendly than others. Temmy was brilliant- very helpful and always smiling. In the Aqua restaurant, Manav was brilliant and Tarun and Harry were also very good. There was also an older gentleman whose name I didn’t get who was great and also a slightly older lady who mostly worked in the buffet restaurant and she learned our room number very quickly and was lovely. The food in the buffet restaurant is good but we felt it was very samey after a few days. However, we then found the Aqua restaurant which was great so we mixed and matched. There is a bit of a strange attitude about pool towels though. To begin with, we left the towels in the “bin” provided when they were wet and every evening, a member of housekeeping knocked asking if we had any pool towels and then usually brought us some clean ones later. While we were there, they changed the system to cards which you had to exchange for towels at the water sports hut (by the by, it’s usually too windy to do any water sports or the tide isn’t right but you could usually snorkel). This was supposed to be open until 5.30pm but they shut up shop at 5pm on the dot so a couple of times, we had to exchange our towels the next day. I think the hotel doesn’t have enough towels and are maybe concerned about guests stealing them but they’re really not worth it! Overall, we had a lovely relaxing time and didn’t want to come home so that speaks for itself. If we visit Mauritius again, we might try a different hotel in a different location though.
