Menší hotel s úžasnou atmosférou, velmi pěkné, čisté a účelně zařízené pokoje - měli jsme beach front view pokoj a výhled byl nezapomenutelný. Dokonale vybavená koupelna, čistě uklizeno každý den, naše room attendant Veronique byla anděl. Příjemná atmosféra v restauraci, usměvavý a ochotný personál, výborně ochucené jídlo, skvělé zákusky. Pláž písečná s hodně pozvolným vstupem do moře, boty jsme nepotřebovali. Udržovaná krásná zahrada, spousta zákoutí, kde se dá v klidu relaxovat. Pokud hledáte hotel se skvělými službami, kde je klid a každý respektuje vaše soukromí, můžu jen doporučit. Obrovské poděkování Daniele (manažerka recepce) a celému jejímu teamu - udělali z naší dovolené nezapomenutelný zážitek.

Nádherný resort,nádherné a teplé moře, špičkový servis.Navštívili jsme i park Casella který také doporučuji a určitě se jeďte podívat na delfíny . Škoda jen že jsme tam byli 8 dní a ne déle určitě se chceme vrátit a vidět i velryby .

Po celou dobu pobytu se budou snažit s úsměvem pro vás udělat cokoliv.I manažer hotelu se každý den ptá, zda jste spokojeni případně zda máte ještě nějaké jiné přání. Určitě se ještě vrátíme, zatím nejhezčí naše dovolená.

We found the hotel was lovely the staff friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and the room was clean . Only one thing if they could change the menu as not every wants a curry three times a day every day. I must praise the deck staff my husband became unwell four days in the called a doctor to see him.

I truly don’t know where to begin with this hotel. It has the feel of a small boutique property, with the benefits of a large resort. It was the best service we have ever received and we cannot wait to return. If you love snorkelling look no further! Even before arriving the hotel staff were accommodating helping me plan a few surprises as this was an anniversary trip. Check in was truly a breeze and facilitated by the wonderful Daniela and Vidushi on reception. It felt like arriving into a five star resort - our bags were taken for us from the car to the room and check in was done whilst staring out onto the ocean with a cold towel and a lovely glass of iced tea. From this moment on we knew we would truly be looked after. The hotel is on the smaller side - our sea view room was truly stunning and had a glorious view. It was constantly maintained to an exceptional standard by the lovely Deepa our house keeper who could not do enough for us during the stay. She met our every need and truly went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Nothing was too much for her and we truly appreciated her. We were on the half board package and truly loved the breakfast spread. It had a large bakery spread and an abundance of cold fruits - we particularly enjoyed the eggs station as well as the fresh pancakes and waffles. Thank you to all of the chefs who were a pleasure to talk with both at breakfast and dinner. We occasionally had lunch at the Aqua restaurant and the menu was expansive but was the same menu each day as for lunch as it was for dinner. We did have a few issues when trying to order food - the hours for food are restricted for an all inclusive hotel and lunch stops at 3pm, however the room service menu is open 24/7. We tried ordering pizza on two occasions and ended up mildly frustrated with staff down at the aqua bar but this was resolved and we managed to order from room service and have this delivered down to the beach bar for collection. The dinner buffet is expansive with food for most covered. As this is an adults only hotel it is worth noting there was no chicken nuggets, pizza or french fries in sight so for fussy adults I would consider this but there was pasta and other options. We particularly enjoyed the Indian buffet. We had a romantic dinner one night at Aqua which was organised thanks to the lovely Daniela. We also had dinner there on one other occasion. It is worth noting for half board and all inclusive the selection is very limited in terms of what is included but regardless the food is fabulous! In Aqua the service did lack and the waiting staff could be very slow in taking orders for food, clearing away as well as bringing over drinks - all be it on island time but it could be testing. The hotel facilities were truly five star as was the service. Despite minor issues down at Aqua this hotel should be a five star resort. If you spot Dipak he is the most gentle and kind hearted waiting staff member at the resort. Nothing was too much for him and he truly looked after us no matter where we were and often he knew what we wanted before we even had the chance to ask. He is a true asset to the waiting team. No matter at the beach or at the pool you never had to leave the lounger to request a drink and the wonderful team couldn’t do enough for us to make sure we had everything we wanted and more. In terms of space the pool area was wide and open with plenty of loungers. The pool was maintained to a high standard and was sparkling and truly inviting. The beach was equally stunning and there was always plenty of loungers and space. Activities were what impressed us most. We enjoyed fishing for the first time, there was also trips to the local market amongst other things. There was also regular shuttles to the Azuri resort where we could use our half board meal plan. We decided to also go on a stargazing trip which took place at the nine golf course. I would highly recommend bringing snorkels with you as well as water shoes as the marine life right in front of the hotel is truly amazing. It was some of the best snorkelling I have ever experienced and the fact the reef is on the beach of the property - you couldn’t ask for much more than that! Whilst at ‘The Nine’ we truly loved the space. When we returned to the hotel we decided that we wanted to return for a late tapas lunch on the following day. The wonderful Daniela kindly booked us taxis and made the reservation. I can highly recommend the nine - their cocktails and tapas felt like we were dining at a top tier venue in a serene setting. One thing I must say is that Radisson should take tips on how to treat Premium reward members from Vidushi and Daniela. They truly set the gold standard of customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and they always checked in to make sure we were having the best vacation we could possibly have and to see that our anniversary was as memorable as could be. Thank you to you both as well as Shantanu for seeing to our every need and going above and beyond to make us feel valued. Nothing was too much for this team and everything was sorted within seconds. I’d also like to thank all of the lovely grounds keepers and engineers you always put a smile on our faces. The whole team at this hotel were always kind and genuinely caring - bringing the spirit of the island and making us feel like we were in luxury but they also treated with the kindness of a family member welcoming us into their home. I have never felt so taken care of as I did on this vacation and again I have to say a huge thank you. Daniela thank you for always being there and Vidushi once again we will never forget the things you did for us. I cannot wait to return to this hotel and could not recommend it enough!
