This is an excellent resort. We stayed here for 2 weeks in April 2026. Small enough to get to know the staff who are exceptional. The Loby Bar Staff, Alan, Manual, Jorge, Laura, Marie went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The servers at the Buffet were extremely helpful and friendly. The room staff were friendly and will go out of their way to do what you request. There could however be a bar on the quiet pool to make getting a drink easier. (That’s not mush of a complaint - we could walk over to the activity pool and got drinks, it would just be more convenient) all in all this is a great resort and well worth our stay, would and will go back in the future.

" I stayed at Bahia Principe Grand Tulum on the tequila side from March 23 to March 28, and honestly… this trip exceeded every expectation. This was my first solo trip as someone who is partially blind, so going in, there was a bit of uncertainty. But from the moment I arrived, that feeling disappeared. The resort felt safe, welcoming, and easy to navigate. This definitely made all the difference. The staff were Top tier. Every single team I interacted with—from front desk to dining, recreation, and entertainment—was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. When I asked to switch rooms because I preferred the second floor instead of the first, it was handled quickly and smoothly. No stress at all. I’ll be real, I locked myself out of my safe more than once, since the keypad setup was a bit too close, but each time, staff showed up fast and helped me reset it without making it a big deal. What really stood out to me was the balance. Anytime I needed help, someone was right there. But the moment I said “I was okay,” they respected that and gave me space. That level of awareness and respect meant everything to me. I never once felt unsafe, lost, or out of place. I felt looked out for the entire time while still having the freedom to fully enjoy my trip. The vibes were also on point. The pool parties were a highlight, the buffet had solid variety, and the overall atmosphere was just fun and easygoing. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. This trip was more than just a vacation—it was the perfect start to my solo travel journey. I’ll definitely consider coming back, and I’d recommend this resort to anyone without hesitation.
