Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun

We had an amazing experience at Royalton Riviera Cancun, and a huge part of that was thanks to our butlers, Nassar and Gustavo. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. They were always attentive, quick to respond, and genuinely cared about making our experience special. Whether it was helping with reservations, checking in on us throughout the day, or handling requests right away, they made everything effortless. What really stood out was their professionalism combined with a warm, friendly approach. They made us feel valued and taken care of at all times, which is exactly what you hope for especially as Diamond Club and now a Prime Traveller Member. Nassar and Gustavo are a true asset to the resort, and they played a big role in making our trip memorable. We’re very grateful for everything they did and would absolutely love to have them again on a future visit. Highly recommend!

We returned last night from our 10 day stay at the Royalton Riviera Cancun. We stayed in a swim out room in the Diamond Club with Butler service. I would highly recommend this resort and the overall experience. If you can request your butlers in advance, ask for Rangel and Jocelyn! They were friendly and professional and assisted us with reservations, room service, ice to the room, updates on daily activities and all our requests. We had excellent food and really appreciated Dave who served us breakfast and lunch in the Diamond Club restaurants. He was funny, charming and my son always wanted him as our server. Lizbet was the hostess at the same restaurants and always greeted us with a smile and remember our names. She is an absolute sweetheart. Noe was our waiter most days at the Diamond Club pool an as soon as he saw us he was getting our drinks and heading over with our exact order. He even tracked us down on our last day to say goodbye and wish us a safe flight home. The people and service at this resort will be the reason we return. The resort was gorgeous, well manicured and huge! We normally don’t return to the same resort as we like to have different experiences but we will return here. Brandon and Dani are brilliant

I came here for 5 nights with my family for spring break. The property is beautiful and only 20 mins from airport. The staff is very friendly and our room was lovely and clean, though our hot tub was questionable. However, the dining reservation system is so difficult and stressful, we will never return. It’s impossible to get the reservation you want. You basically have to take what you can get. We couldn’t join reservations with the other family we traveled with. They are not flexible at all. They want everyone to upgrade to the diamond club, which also turns out to be a sham because we heard Diamond club members couldn’t get better dining reservations. This is just not a good vacation experience. Also, there is a strange smell throughout the resort. For the price, go elsewhere.
