Daniel and Ulises our Butlers were amazing. Every morning we were greeted via WhatsApp and provided the list of daily activities.Both Butler's were very personable and made a BIG difference to our stay. They booked reservations. We wanted accommodated with the changes that we made to the reservations at times. Answered all our questions the best they could. I've been to other Royalton properties in other countries where the butlers were not as attentive and anticipated our needs as well as Daniel and Ulysses. Every time we would see them. They would greet us with a smile and a greeting. Five star service on their behalf. They fulfilled and anticipated all our needs. Servedio family.

One of the best family vacs we have ever had. We paid for diamond level and it was well worth it. Also the butler service was awesome Nassar and Cesar (our assigned butlers) couldn’t do enough for us and I noticed that at the restaurants their showing up made a big difference in terms of extra attention (to my sons allergy) and other extras. The trip was so good that my four year old grandson did not want to leave the car when we got to the airport and said he wanted to stay at the hotel for another 1000 days. I am a Marriott lifetime titanium elite member so trust me when I say this was one of the best family vacations we have had.

The service is absolutely great! But ceaser and josefat were top tier! Ceaser is the most attentive butler and Josefat is the best bartender ever he's funny and nice and offers great service!

The food isn’t great but the experience was amazing. If you can request a butler ask for Sergio he was amazing. He made sure we had everything we needed and more. The service was excellent from the cleanliness to request and the all inclusive service was top tier nothing was denied. Great get away.

We had an amazing family vacation and utilized the Diamond Club experience - our Butlers were Gina and Sergio - they were the absolute best!! I wanted to tuck Gina in my pocket and take her home with me!! ♥️
