It was not good. It started with very unfriendly reception staff. The lady was OK, but the reception manager was really quite unhelpful. My room was not ready. I waited for over 2 hours. There were 2 other couples waiting too. Particularly an elderly couple who had come that morning from Leipzig by bus. They had already waited an hour when I arrived & we’re still waiting when I got my key after 2 hours. I was in an adjoining villa, villa Move. Everything was tatty and old-fashioned. I guess the furniture was 30 or 40 years old - battered old heavy brown furniture. I could go on, but enough to say I’ve stayed there 3 times over the last 2 years, none of the stays were good, and I won’t stay there again

TOP highly recommended! Great location, about 10 m to the beach. Great staff, very friendly but in a relaxed way. Real class. Until 11:00 p.m., there is the possibility to have cocktails and other drinks at the hotel bar. Many possibilities in the area, whether to walk along the promenade in the evening or to settle down in one of the numerous cafes or restaurants.

Our stay at the Usedom Island took place in the four star Hotel Ringhotel Ostseehotel Ahlbeck where we stayed for two nights. The chamber maids are very friendly there, but besides we can only wonder how this place got four stars. Our room (with seaview, that is the most expensive category) was very small and the furnishment old. In spite of a filled Minibar we opened an empty refrigerator wirh a sign "is at your disposal". I wonder if the elderly people who stay a lot at this place are willing to go to the Supermarket, buy their drinks and carry them to the Hotel. The "Kurkarte" (indispensable in order to go to the Beach) was only delivered to us ON DEMAND, I have never experienced that before in a place a the sea! For breakfast there were no fresh rolls. And for dinner there was no à la carte, only buffet. The seats in the restaurant are partially in a dirty condition, and the rooms would need a fresh painting. We recommend to choose a five star Hotel if you go to Usedom.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit Aussicht aufs Meer und die Seebrücke. Das Frühstücksbüfet war sehr umfangreich, auch das Abendessen á la carte ein Genuss. Der Service des gesamten Hotels sehr gut. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Das Schwimmbad mit Sauna war frisch renoviert. Wir können das Hotel zu 100 % empfehlen.

Keine Klimaanlage. Toilette funktioniert nicht wie es sein. In Zimmer zu warm. Wir haben nicht viel davon gehabt von das Spa
