Hotel Cristal SPA

We were in here for just one Night bescause we are on a roundtrip and I was a bit sad that we had to leave. The girl at the reception was so friendly. Our Room was nice and clean. The breakfast was great except the coffee. A real coffee lover won‘t enyoy. But thats the only thing :) There are a lot of bars and Restaurants Right in front of the hotel. 9,5 of 10 In total

Positive : ideally located, with a semi-private (private entry) beach of wonderful sand, absolutely clean. Rooms very well fitted (excellent indoor architect) And the very secret of this hotel : one of the 2 Masagist is pearl . Pani Irena worth the trip ! really. I arrived sick with back pain and I left almost cured (the poor lady was cauht in a bus accident and she is currently on a sick ) as she could not finish the cycle of Massage (the poor lady was cauht in a bus accident and she is currently on a sick leave). (small) things to improve : - very complicated and not user-friendly Wi-Fi - very mean and limited cosmetics in the bathrooms - no segregation of garbage ; everything goes to the same trash bin in the whole hotel - repeating distrubing music at breakfast

slow service, no restaurant, not a hotel whatsoever, no real SPA , I do not recommend it !! It was a waste of a lot of money to go there. Staff was grumpy, slow with everything. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

First of all: this is not a hotel. They don't have 4 stars, but 4 cristals in their logo. There is wellness area with small swimming pool and sauna, but no spa. No treatments on face or body, except poor massage (in a small room without professional equipment). Sorry, but I will continue my complaints. Now food: poor quality, poor selection, mostly cold, no a la carte restaurant. Something positive: rooms are new, decent size and clean. The same about bathroom. Oh, and something bizarre: you have to pay to use fridge and kettle in the room! Generally: I don't recommend as there is no value for the money.

Und wieder eine Reise über Travelnetto und dieses mal nicht 5 Sterne "nur" 3,5 Sterne für den verwöhnten Gast ein Abenteuer. Ja und dann noch die Überraschung, ein Urlaub an der polnischen Ostsee muss nicht 120,00 Euro pro Nacht kosten und gut sein. Der erste Eindruck von Aussen schönes Hotel, nicht zu gross, aber modern. Der Empfang, so wie alle Mitarbeiter, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zimmer modern, sauber und geräumig und wie gewünscht ruhig. Frühstück und Abendessen für diesen Preis und bei dieser Kategorie gut. Die Nähe zum wunderschönen Strand ca. 80 Meter. Kleiner Ort der auf Tourismus ausgerichtet ist, aber unaufdringlich. In 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Kolberg, Busverbindung ist auch vorhanden. Schwimmbad mit 8x8 Meter klein sowie Sauna vorhanden, aber ausreichend. Also klare Empfehlung des Cristal Spa. Anmerkung, nun ist der dritte Besuch im Cristal Spa, leider schon wieder vorbei. Was mich in dieses Hotel immer wieder zurückzieht, sind neben der Ostsee und der Ruhe, die Mitarbeiter, die mir das Gefühl geben immer wieder nach Hause zu kommen. Danke an das ganze Team!!!
