Wow.. Aquapark from a military Base Training? The Aquapark is rather Modest, there are a few slide, a baby pool, outdoors area, sauna.. it’s Modest and past it’s prime, but could be enjoyable for the kids on a bad weather day.. if not for the life guards. They overuse the whistle at full volume, tell the kids off for the most minute gesture or jump.. and the very best was a lady, glued to her phone gossiping with a friend (I speak polish). Overlooking the inflatable bridge. I actually approached her first to ask for all rules, (as my kids were already traumatised by 2 previous baywatchers).. but she was engaged on her phone. Then when my kids played and one of them slipped - she went all bells and whistles telling them off.. like.. you can TALK TO CHILDREN.. don’t have to tell them off.. honestly: not approved.

Hotel rooms (Sandra SPA part) are terrible dirty and stinky, furnitures full of dust, carpets damp), bathrooms are dirty and clogged (shower trays are not picking up water). Rooms are COLD!!! Heating did not start. I can understand - heating is expensive this year, but Sandra also increased the prices for stay! Pools are moldy, extremely blow inside and simply cold - cold water even in child pools. Wild rivers seems to be not heated at all! A playroom indoor is a total disaster! Toys are dirty like a hell, imcomplete, broken and danger! a big mess every single day, carpets are dirty and stinky, garbage is everywhere, disgusting! New SPA restaurant is very nice and friendly, unfortunately service does not care about cleanliness - tables are dirty (even after "clean") and wet! ALL ! Dishes, on which you lay your food are disgustingly wet (after washing) or not clean - nobody check that before dishes go to the restaurant ! Food is ok, but no water for dinner is ridicolous (fact - come with your own water is not forbidden). Ladies from reception very friendly and helpful. Good playground outdoor. I am really sorry, we have been customers of Sandra for 7 years, but that was our last stay, Every year was worse and worse. This time is the end. Not recommended at all!

We stayed at Sandra spa late June and were very disappointed with whole experience: started with very slow reception checkin process, than poor room standard (in need of renovation) , very uncomfortable aquapark atmosphere - too hot for children felt more like souna rather than children pool. The playground for the youngsters very dirty with some broken toys in need of replacement. Food experience - average . Overall poor value for money. It was our first and last visit here.
