Full of screaming children running and playing around, their main attraction was the sliding door. Hotel is family oriented, which is absolutely fine but not suggested for business trips .

Excellence expierence during check-in. Very proffesional stuff. Regarding breakfast very poor expierience. Stuff is not kind at all. You cannot order fried eggs because of no time to prepare. Finally when I askes to order fried eggs I got answer: „what if I not accept your order?”. That’s radicoulous. Thats never happened to me in my whole life. I’m spanding More then 200 nights at hotels per Year. The kitchen Manager was also very unproffesional. Aquapark close 15 min before schedule because rescue team need to go home and they ask all the people to get out of the pool to let them leave the hotel at 9pm. Only one person keep the level of the service and kindness- from Phillipeens. Housekeeping stuff was good.

Stayed for a night and wished we stayed for three ! Family friendly facility, with excellent facilities along with an outstanding breakfast selection. Roof top horizon heated pool, lower lever heated lap pool, kids heated mini-pool, pair of hot tubs, huge adult heated pool, two saunas and a steam room! Hotel room was spacious with a comfortable bed. My takeaway from the facility is the level of cleanliness in particular the dining room and pool/gym area. Parking is located on the property from an underground lot. The staff were busy at all times but always friendly and extremely gracious. It was a seven minute slow walk to the beach which is absolutely worth it. I cannot wait to go back !

A peaceful oasis in Kołobrzeg > location makes it secluded from the city noises. Fantastic food served both for breakfast & dinner, with variety of dishes > compliments to the chef!! Very professional, friendly & efficient staff on each level. THANK YOU :) However, there is some room for improvement in the pool area: - water in the sports pool was too cold, even for keen swimmers, - water in the hot tub was too cold as well, - out of the two hot tubs one was excluded from use > squeezing in the only one working, waiting for our turn, - in general, too cold in the spa area. It is the only complaint. The rest was much to our expectations > we are already planning our next stay there!

Quick check in and check out. Definitely one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Beautiful spacious rooms. Great choice breakfast. Infinity pool was lovely as was the water park pool. Helpful lifeguards which we needed assistance from. Would highly recommend. A peaceful comfy stay. Hire bikes nearby to get to beach. It was great fun.
