pozitivní aspekty: dobrá poloha nedaleko centra města, velmi blízko Aquaparku. personál je v pořádku. Dobře vybavená konferenční sál.   negativní aspekty: hotel je spíše starý. Vzpomíná si na socialistické Polsko. Televizor v pokoji je velmi starý. Jídlo je poměrně nízké a opakované. Jednou jsem jedla něco na večeři a mám nemoc.

Set in a very pretty location just outside of the town; this was perfect for us and we could sledge easily just down the road. 2 min walk from a leisure centre with thermal bath. Pros… quiet, warm rooms, good location for us, plenty of wildlife, good views. Cons… rooms were never cleaned so it was very messy by the end of the week despite me trying to clean it myself, no fresh towels, draughty door onto the balcony. The food for breakfast was pretty bad and we’re the type of people who’ll eat anything. It was all very basic, which was fine, but could have been so much better. We were the only English there, which wasnt an issue for us but I did feel we were inconveniencing them at times. Did it spoil our holiday? No, it was a base for us. But would I stay here again? No

Pillows, they swapped pillows :) Well done! The last time I was there, Icomplained about this, it's nice that they took it into account and did something about the pillows. Breakfast - very good, dinners very good - home made cake is the best! Location - near center and in the forest Staff - nice and very helpful
