It’s practical for a Family. Ski lifts are near, foods are great, they are kind and friendly. I loved how they treat and comply to our concerns about our room, they immediately put an actions and resolve it. They have loads of activities for kids.

Good parking, good view point up the mountain with views across to Surfhaus etc. Given that evening meal and breakfast are included price is good. Room is large and modern. No tea-making equipment. Breakfast buffet is good, evening meal mediocre. I was woken by dogs barking in the room nearby(?) Worst thing for anybody with an eco-conscious post say 1970 is the hotel is massively overheated - energy is free, no climate change whooaa, only way to keep cool is to open the windows and wave the umwelt goodbye. Management tried to double my drinks bill. Overall feeling of time-warp.

We stayed a week in March with two small kids: 4 and 1. This hotel commercial is referring to be very family friendly, but unfortunately there is not much friendlliness in their approach towards the customer- starting from a very unfriendly bartender, a few waiters and reception. Thursday and Friday they organize a night bar in their basement - very loud music goes through the entire hotel all night long waking up the kids. Despite of the multiple requests neither the dj nor reception was willing to help to turn down the volume a bit as the kids woken up multiple times during the night. We asked the next day about the same - nothing was done. In the bar stayed both evenings 3 local teenagers. Absolutely ignorant behavior for family hotel.
