We stayed for 1 night for my birthday celebration. We received a warm welcome by the front office team upon arrival . We were served with cold towels and a small ice cake which was very nice . Marcy did our check in she was so kind to show us around and directed us to our room . We had dinner in pti bazar restaurant it was buffet the food was delicious and the restaurant staff were extremely friendly . We met dinesh and sajan he was the barman for evening we loved everything you did to make our night special . On our last day we had breakfast in the same restaurant with the breathtaking view of the beach . We also had a Scrumptious lunch grilled prawns , pizza and millionaire salad chapeau to the chefs and Anthony was the one who served us he was so kind . We also spent a couple of enjoyable hours in our room which includes a private pool . A special thank you goes to Ms. Sharon- HR she made sure we were well taken care of . Truly appreciated. Let me share my impressions of our stay at this superb hotel. The most important and valuable thing here is the friendly staff who are ready to help with everything and make every minute of your stay trouble-free. During all our 10 days that we spent there we had a feeling of home and truly felt ourselves as a part of this family. We had breakfast included in our stay whereas for lunch and dinner we had options to choose among the hotel restaurants. We mostly gave preference to the Japanese restaurant where Chef Amit makes absolutely amazing and uber-fresh sushi. He also gave my son a sushi-making masterclass that impressed him very much. Thanks a lot for treating us like that. Also I’d recommend to visit Somewhere restaurant. We've been there twice and loved both the meat and seafood. The Zil pool bar has a cheerful and efficient team who fill orders very quickly. The food is truly delicious, even if you're just dining by the pool. Our special greetings to Abel whose sunny smile set the mood for the entire day. I'd also like to mention the Water Sports team, so helpful and active. Be sure to rent a transparent boat there - it's very Instagrammable and looks amazing in photos - as well as a SUP board. Due to various water sports activities that are offered here you will have the most vivid impressions of the infinitely beautiful Indian Ocean. The rooms are beautifully cleaned, the hotel is quiet and cozy, and there's no fuss. The staff is very polite and friendly. The oceanfront is varied – sometimes quiet and calm, sometimes with waves, but each time it's a great pleasure to swim and enjoy. Thanks to the hotel management for the wonderful organization.
