Superb. Operations Manager fantastic. Restaurant manager fantastic. Made sure we comfortable. Rooms were clean. Staff friendly

So this was our first trip to the Seychelles. We booked 3 Hilton properties over 10 days and Hilton Notkrtholme was the first! We were welcomed by Jameleh and she made us feel right at home with a tour of the resort! We were able to get a shower in their lounge before our room was ready and after 2 days of flying from the US that recharged us. Our room was spectacular with a great view. The resort is first rate in terms of facilities and a private beach! The food was above average with caring staff to serve you! Janey also deserved a special mention with her customer service. We had one significant issue with consistent hot water in our room. The initial response and urgency was a bit disappointing given the level of this resort but in the end they got to the root cause of the problem and the next guests in our room will benefit. In the end it escalated to Lou ( she is their operations manger! They have responded more aggressively with some things to offset the issues with the hot water and to let me and my wife know much they are sorry for dropping the ball with us! Everyone has issues and challenges but it is how you respond that defines you commitment to quality and customer service. Lou and I both agree she can’t change the past we can reshape the future! They learned a lot about they could improve in their response to the guest! WE HAD A PRIVATE DINNER ON YHE BEACH on them and Lou has arranged a special bath experience for us at the next Hilton to try and make up for us being able to use the soaking tub at their place! Overall a good beginning to a “fantasy island” bucket list trip!

The hotel was amazing , starting from the staff , they are so polite and cheerful , everything is clean and well organized .. special thanks to ramy ❤️ He accompanied us all the time 10/10 , recommended!!!!

We have just returned from a fantastic 2 week break at this hotel. We stayed in one of their Signature Ocean View villas, and couldn't have been happier with the choice. The position was stunning, looking straight out to sea. The villa itself was a perfect size for our stay, and the pool was excellent. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating, and nothing was too much for them. We felt completely spoilt, and had the perfect detox vacation. It's a small hotel which makes it even better, and we can definitely recommend people to stay. We will be looking to return at some point in the future.

This is a really classy and comfortable hotel despite it just having a small beach. We stayed in a King Premium Oceanfront Villa and it was fantastic. We were greeted at the arrival pavillion with a glass of fizz and our suitcases were taken off us for delivery to our room. We were then taken to the main reception where we were checked in and shown round the main hotel buildings. We were then taken to our villa. The room was large with a hallway including large closets, massive bathroom with walk in shower and jacuzzi bath and separate toilet. The bedroom was large with a king size bed and a sitting area with a large settee and flat screen TV. There were double doors out to the verandah from the sitting room and the bathroom and the verandah looked out over a small beach and the ocean. The verandah had a large day bed, two chairs and a table, and two sun loungers. The hotel offered three restaurants and the food in all of them was fantastic quality. Breakfast was in the Mahe restaurant with our favourite table overlooking the small beach and ocean which was always blue and green – fantastic. Breakfast was a mix of buffet and waiter served main items such as bacon, eggs, hash brown etc. Dinner was a la carte and the portions were huge. Drinks were a bit on the expensive side including bottled water but this was free for half/full board guests. The food was really good but the menu didn’t change and about half the items on the menu were subject to supplements. I did feel that the menu was a little restrictive and didn’t change so if you were here for over a week, you would find it a bit repetitive. The pool is a little on the small side but it is an infinity pool looking out over Beau Vallon and beyond. The sun loungers are huge and there is no shortage of shade available. Water is available free of charge and the beach towels are large and good quality and are readily available from the pool or reception. The main beach is quite small and nearly disappears at high tide but there is a “balcony” beach with chairs and loungers which is about 2 metres above the main beach with steps down either into the sea or onto the beach. The sea just off the beach is fantastic for snorkelling. There were loads of fish of different kinds amidst the rocks on either side of the beach with the best just under the restaurant which is built on stilts above the sea. The hotel offers a couple of kayaks and snorkelling equipment frre of charge The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Victoria which stops at Beau Vallon on the way. Otherwise, there is very little outside the hotel within easy walking distance. The staff were extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. A great, classy hotel with great food and great snorkelling.
