Ok, actually it' more 1,5 stars instead of 2, before to start. Let's summarize: - Rooms: decent size, I was staying alone in a double room and it was ok. Every half floor is made of a double room and a big apartment. This may however be a problem if you are staying in the double and your neighbors are either a family with screaming children (like my first days) or a couple of old alcoholic geeks singing traditional slovenian folk songs all day long with a barking dog accompanying them (like my last days). So, if you're looking for total relax, this for sure cannot be the best solution for you, since the risks of finding noisy neighbors are really high; - Cleaning. Mediocre. The bed linen wasn't changed in 6 days, the toilet was cleaned for the first time 3 days after I arrived, the (very small) balcony was cleaned onyl the 4th day, when I arrived it was plenty of dead leaves which stayed there for the next few days, the shower was clogged and had a very long hair on the floor since my arrival (and i dare everyone to say it was mine, since I'm balding...)...the clog was removed my very last day (in fact i noticed a new younger cleaner, instead of the old lady which i saw buzzing around the previous days). The carpet on the room was stained. The very small and pretty much useless fridge in the room (so useless i put 3 bottles inside of it the night before leaving and the morning after they were barely at 15°) was dirty and smelly. Ah, be warned, even if they don't clean much, the cleaners come at your room at around 8,30-9, at least to change the towels...which i find very irritating, since if the breakfast is until 10AM, the cleanup (or supposedly so) should be after that hour. -Food. The dinners were always absolutely terrible, so terrible that in one occasion I've had just fruits and in another occasion I was saved by the ham plate. Moreover, being a buffet, you always have to queue before getting to the platters, which could be difficult to do beneath screming kids and old geeks with critches (never seen so many crutches altogether in my life). Ah, don't expect to drink easily either...despite being not included in the price, you have to look for one of the many unpleasant and rude staff people to order something to drink, which would be served at least 5 minutes after and would be extremely overpriced. The breakfast on the contrary was quite good, with a good selection of stuff (of course not much cooked, otherwise it'd have been terrible too). - Staff. Mostly rude and unfriendly. The restaurant staff, as said before, was almost completely unfriendly, twice I couldn't get a drink because, despite being alone and very well noticeable in the table, none of the staff asked me if I wanted to drink (and being the stuff overpriced, I didn't certainly look for them to bring me something). The first day the waiter grabbed me by the shoulder while i was leaving the room to ask me if i wanted the drink to be charged in the room. Moreover, when I arrived, I phoned the hotel because i couldn't find the reception on the address of the booking. The guy told me very rudely, like it was the clearest thing in the world, to check in at the hotel dobrava (nah, blondie, it wasn't so clear, since it wasn't written anywhere). I asked them at the reception to the same guy if he had a plug adapter and he replied "you have to give it back"...like I'm some sort of adapter stealer...(A..h..e). - Facilities. Never used the overcrowded swimming pool (don't like screaming kids, if it wasn't already clear...and it was plenty of) nor the saunas, so cannot really tell. Ah, the lady at the reception when I first arrived told me quite proudly that they had free Wi-Fi. It never worked a single day for lack of available IPs (which means too many people connected and not enough connections available). The only positive aspect is the location, which is very nice with the pond (I refuse to call that muddy pool a lake) and the woods, and the breakfast. And, of course the price. But as with the title...you get what you pay for. So, bye Zrece, see you never again.
Disappointment from the promised four stars, in reality the accommodation deserves two/three stars. The room is small and without air conditioning, the bathroom with toilet is also small. The carpet is dirty and needs to be replaced. Needs renovation. A small selection of dishes and a separate dining room for guests from a four-star hotel. The staff is correct, the pools and sauna are good but nothing special.
The villas are nice, a lot of space, but but do clean. I would prefer window to the lake dide but... I was unlucky. There was sldo a bit noisy ftom upstairs neighbours but otherwise a nice spacious vills with all appliances but iron. Staff at reception made some mistakes in booking so we had some isdues and at first one lady was not reslly polite but than she apologized. All the others very super friendly. I will return here.
First let me say Thank you to all staff members in Hotel restaurant; for a great service always with a smile and greet job kitchen for very tasty food. However, I need to mention Sauna Vas …. I am Wellness&Spa lover, visiting Saunas all over the word and experience at Sauna Spa as part of Terme Zreče ….. disaster; the worst Sauna ever. Very dirty, Rock loud music playing, guests (locals) screaming and enjoying beer at jacuzzi ??? Dear Managers kindly see with Sauna staff and organize some training and put SOP’s in place. Overall? Thank you for everything in definitely we will be back!
Very unfriendly with the way telephone when I asked for information to book with tourist vouchers-TURISTIČNI BON, over the phone. The receptionist fired me for having other phones. Then I sent an e-mail inquiry. In response, the conditions of the reservation for the use of TURISTIČNI BONI are unfriendly. They demanded an advance payment in cash and set the conditions for high commissions for early termination of stay. To fulfill their four-star service, however, they forgot. VERY UNFRIENDLY and ARROGANT. They are not trustworthy. This is the story of a direct call to a hotel. Reviews on the hotel portal are not possible. People have a right to know about my negative experience. I thank Trustpilot for making it possible to publish this negative experience of Terme Zreče.

- Město Zreče vzniklo v místě, kde se řeka Dravinja vlévá do údolí Zgornja Dravinjska (Horní Dravinjska), a spojuje tento svět s vinicemi Dravinja, obklopeno mohutnými zalesněnými vrcholy a horskými průsmyky Bacherských hor. Kdysi domov kovářů, horníků a dřevorubců, dnes je Zreče městem s moderním průmyslem a prosperujícím turistickým šumivé vínoorem, který těží především z lázní Zreče a Rogla a olympijského lyžařského centra. Turistika v okolí, cyklistika, nádherné kulturní dědictví, relaxace a lahodné a zdravé jídlo zaručují hostům příjemný pobyt.
