Please read before you book! I rarely leave reviews because I travel a lot and usually don’t have the time, but I genuinely felt this experience needed to be shared. Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was disappointing from the second night onwards. We discovered red ants in our room, which resulted in us having to move rooms at around 12am with two tired children. The move itself was extremely inconvenient, and no assistance or compensation was offered for the disruption caused. I also requested a late checkout by just a couple of hours due to the inconvenience during our stay, but no effort was made to accommodate this request. Another frustrating aspect of the hotel was the constant need to swipe a card every single time you wanted a drink or entered the restaurant. It completely takes away from the relaxed “all inclusive” experience and honestly felt excessive and inconvenient. The vegetarian food options were also very poor. Unless you are happy eating salad, chips and margarita pizza for most of your holiday, choices are extremely limited. Although the hotel provided a separate vegetarian menu, it was repetitive throughout the week — mainly pizza, pasta, lentil curry (without rice), and a vegetarian burger, which was actually decent. What made things even harder was that none of the food in the main restaurant was labelled as vegetarian. The explanation given was “cross contamination,” but in my opinion this is poor and outdated practice. I have travelled extensively and stayed in many hotels, and this is one of the few places where choosing suitable food felt unnecessarily difficult and stressful. I also agree with many of the other reviews regarding the “all inclusive” package. It certainly is not all inclusive as advertised. For example, guests are restricted to one ice cream and one ice lolly, which is honestly ridiculous. Since when does “all inclusive” mean paying extra for items that should clearly be included? It feels misleading and very poor value for money. Overall, this hotel simply does not provide the level of service or quality expected for the amount of money paid. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend choosing another hotel in the area.

Very good hotel, excellent food facilities and good quality/variety,but does cater for mainly Spanish tourists,entertainment for small children ,hotel is situated a little bit out of the way with a 20-30 minute walk to bars,restaurants, supermarkets etc, staff were extremely helpful, friendly and very courteous, all in all a nice family holiday.

Don't waste your money..! Stayed for 2wks & bedding didn't get changed once! Had to go to reception for clean towels & toilet paper more than once..! Had to ask for soap dispensers to be refilled as this wasnt done when room was 'cleaned' Picked up multiple hairballs in our room over the week AFTER it was supposed to have been cleaned. Reception staff were less than helpful, communication was also a problem. Food was barely warm or cold with little choice on offer. Had to fill up on bread multiple times during our stay. Lifeguards just sat round the pool on their phones. Very disappointed as this was NOT a cheap holiday!! Needless to say, will not be visiting again even if offered for free..!!!! Very much a hotel for the Spanish & defo not a 4* Best thing was the weather 😌

just got back from this hotel rated 4 star iwould be pushed too give it 2 star food was very poor and warm didnt have a hot meal in a fortnight beds wasnt changed the whole stay if you wanted to change the pool towels there was a 1 euro charge every day the entertainment was all in spanish only 2 toilets in the entertainment area dining area was dirty food still on the floor from the night before

Just returned after a brilliant week at this hotel. I travelled with my two youngest children along with my friend and her children. We thought the hotel was perfect. Great selection of food options, drinks were all branded! unlike many other hotels, where the drinks aren't. The pools were lovely, yes a little busy but what do you expect peak holiday season. The life guards were fantastic! Extremely on the ball and I felt very safe knowing the children were safe on the waterslides. Bar staff and waiters were all lovely, and so were the entertainment team! The man making the pancakes was soooo lovely too ☺️ I will definitely return 🙂
