Great central location for shops, bars & beach. Hotel was exceptionally clean with friendly staff. Menu choices were very British-centric which was disappointing as Spain has a lovely choice of food. I would go back again.

Super stay! Staff are wonderful! Especially Raquel on the reception, who gave lots of useful information and local knowledge. Gracias!

We’re here now and all was great, Antonio the pool bar guy is happy and smiley, there’s an adults pool & kids pool - if you’re coming here in the next couple of days be prepared, it’s been descended on by around 100 rude, uncontrolled kids with, what seems to be a maximum of 4 adult supervisors. Running wild, banging on doors in the night, pushing in front of elderly guests and basically running wild. Spoke to reception & the response was ‘they’re guests too’ - no idea how long they are here for but let’s hope it’s their last day!!

Me and my mate have just came back after 5 days in the hotel.Room was clean and beds are comfortable we had a pool view room which gets the sun all afternoon. No kettle or fridge. We asked for a kettle and it was there the next morning. We were only Bed and Breakfast the breakfasts were ok but did not have the wow facture. Basically I would stop again if rooms had a fridge and kettle as how do keep you water cold in the hot evenings. The room did have air con and a tv with about 5 english tv chanels. The bottom pool gets the sun opens at 10am but not a place to relax can get a but noisy with young groups placing there loud music.

Lovely hotel and stay. Reception were always friendly, always happy to answer questions Rooms were basic, had plenty of storage. There is no kettle in the room (I had a travel kettled but several guests I spoke to during my stay asked reception who happily provided one) I am celiac and the staff were so knowledgeable and every meal time would show me what I could eat, during breakfast they would give me a gluten free roll (wrapped and warm!) Food in the restaurant was lovely, had all sort of options and every evening was themed cuisine from around the world, during our stay we had Mexican & Spanish. The bottom pool gets the sun first, were always plenty of sunbeds / room to move sunbeds to, in the afternoon the top pool begins to get sun where there is also sunbed Good selections of drinks, prosecco, slushies, cocktails Location - short 5/10 min walk to the beach, 20 min to the main strip, 30/40 min walk to old town (taxi to the strip €6, taxi to old town €10) would absolutely recommend a trip to old town!!! I don't often do all inclusive however this was by far the best I have ever done. Benidorm itself was not for me so I was so thankful that the hotel was so lovely!
