Gala Placidia

Hotel was in a nice area & staff were very polite & pleasant. Room was excellent & was cleaned to perfection. Had everything we needed & definitely good value for money. Does get quite noisy early in the morning with what sounded like furniture being crashed about a lot. But got used to it. Would definitely visit again

Just coming back from staying at this hotel and it did everything that it needed to . The rooms were cleaned everyday the food was off a three star standard and had no trouble eating . The hotel is in a good location and close to everything . The only thing is the walls are really thin and any loud noises will wake you up .

First off, Our family room was spacious, it had a fridge, had the basics a fridge, kettle and hairdryer. The other Rooms we had rented didn’t though which was bizarre. I thought a fridge was a basic. The rooms were spotless and the cleaners came in every day. The location is brilliant. Everything is on the door step and only a short walk to the strip. The food let the hotel down. It was Luke warm at a push every meal time. The waiter was lovely though who cleared our table, I didn’t catch his name. We also couldn’t use our wristbands on the last day which was unfortunate because we hadn’t used it the first night booked as our flight was late in. I would come back as a couple but not with the family again.

Hotel Gala Placidia in Benidorm Alicante, April 2026. Great vibes. Room on 7th floor. Fantastic value for money. Staff extremely friendly and Hotel very clean.
