Gala Placidia

Had a great time staying at the Gala, staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Food was ok, something for everyone, and definitely not the worse AI hotel I have stayed in! The location was perfect for us, about 10-15 minute stroll to the strip, if that's what you are into! Was a little noisy, but that was only because our neighbours, never stopped shouting.

Had bed and breakfast. Room a good budget room. Clean and tidy. Staff really friendly. Quality breakfast but it wasn't hot every morning. It probably could easily be remedied. It's central location but be warned if you have mobility issues the bus drops you off on the main road and you have to walk about 5 minutes up hill with your cases and then back down to come home. All in all had a pleasant stay

Hotel itself was nice , very clean and majority of the staff were friendly . The biggest issue was the food , which at breakfast was luke warm . Also as someone with coeliac it was difficult to get advise on what was ok to eat . They do have a menu for gf which ypu can order from amd I highly recommend the pasta bolognaise which was really tasty . However very little choice on the gf menu . Maybe look into labeling things with ingredients . Overall it was ok for the price . However I wouldn't return as even the 2 other people who can eat anything felt the choices were very repetitive

Hotel was in a nice area & staff were very polite & pleasant. Room was excellent & was cleaned to perfection. Had everything we needed & definitely good value for money. Does get quite noisy early in the morning with what sounded like furniture being crashed about a lot. But got used to it. Would definitely visit again

Just coming back from staying at this hotel and it did everything that it needed to . The rooms were cleaned everyday the food was off a three star standard and had no trouble eating . The hotel is in a good location and close to everything . The only thing is the walls are really thin and any loud noises will wake you up .
