This was my third visit to this marvellous hotel located just outside the main part of Benidorm. I have looked at some of the reviews and have to say that I totally disagree with some of the negative comments made. To clarify: The reception staff are very busy and there can be a short wait until you check in. That said, they are friendly and efficient in what they are required to do especially Fatima who is lovely. Wi-Fi is available across the whole hotel, both indoors and outdoors and there is no problem with using it. The bedrooms are a little dated but they are clean and tidy. Staff attend every day to make beds, replace towels and clean the room. The rooms are peaceful and quiet and the beds very comfortable. Other staff at the restaurant and bars are friendly and speak very good English. The food in the restaurant is excellent and varied. The upper restaurant has been refurbished recently as has the pool bar area. This has been done to a very high standard. The hotel is outside the main resort (as is highlighted on their website) but a bus journey for 2 euros or a taxi for 10 euros gets you there quickly. Both are available outside the hotel. The position of the hotel makes it slightly cheaper than others and is brilliant value. A 10 minute walk takes you to a beautiful stunning Spanish bay called Finestrat where you can find bars restaurants and cafes around a lovely sandy beach. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be going back later in the year for sure. Please ignore the critical comments. They are just not true.
I been to this hotel three time And some staff member was so awful awful and very rude too So please people think before going to this hotel as solo guess at this hotel to dont book all inclusive Its most rubbish thing to do too
Loved our stay. Food was amazing and looked forward to breakfast amd dinner each day. Stayed for a week. I dont feel hotel is kids friendly though as no pool toys are allowed i feel its catered more for adults, which is fine as it was myself and a friend however did feel bad for the kids. Rooms were clean and hotel is lovely. I would happily go back and stay there.
Stayed here for 3 nights, got checked in fairly quickly. Staff were friendly enough. Breakfast-there was a lot to choose from, plenty of selection Went to roof and paid 5€ it says you get a drink but you don’t as the bar is only open 8-12am and cost 18€ and I believe you do get a drink with that. Plenty of beds round pool but if hotel was full in season you may struggle for a bed. Room was fair. Bed wasn’t too bad and had a fab view on floor 29!
Do not waste your money on this hotel! The only thing worthwhile I experienced from this hotel was the view from the window. Firstly, the rooms are completely vile and unhygienic, the cleanliness of this hotel is atrocious. When I first arrived, the room wasn’t even cleaned there was dust everywhere, the bed blankets full of stains and ripped. The bathroom was full of hair, the toilet not properly cleaned and there was black mold around the shower screen. The water was on and off going from hot to cold. Not only are the rooms horrific, the staff working at this hotel are just as bad. The next day I was stuck in their lift for over 20 minutes, no one was able to provide any help or reassurance (and it seems no one was able to provide any advice in English). By the time they let me out the lift I was already stressed and panicked and the rude staff member who let me out instead of being understanding made a sarcastic comment saying that I should be thankful to him for opening the doors (something that should of been done anyway HELLOO?!?!?) and then he waved me away telling me to go away. The food at the restaurant was cold and also be careful when walking as the staff there do not care if you’re in the way they will barge into you. To sum up, the hotels interior was absolutely garbage both the rooms and the staff. Stay away from this hotel, find something better because this hotel honestly ruined my trip and I can definitely say this has been the worst trip solely because of this hell hole hotel.
