THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. Upon arrival, check-in had the longest queues with absolutely no co-ordination going on. People were shouting to get seen to and there was absolutely no help offered by staff. The staff themselves were the most unfriendliest and unhelpful people ever and the lifts were simply awful. I booked breakfast every day and every day the lifts were turned off at breakfast time to stop people getting to the restaurant. The rooms were shabby and horrible and the walls paper thin. I was woken at 2am by a phone call from reception telling me to keep the party noise down or security would be sent. When I asked what noise are you talking about, they said again security will be sent then hung up. There was no entertainment at all, even though it was advertised. Avoid this dump at all costs

lovely relaxed holiday at the gran bali just me and my son. its our first time in benidorm and wasnt sure it was for us but it really does have something for everyone. i especially liked it down at the beach which is only ten mins walk. there is an ale hop at the beach too which is handy if you need any beach stuff. the bus to the old town is very frequent only 2euros each and bus stopnia right outside hotel. we got a good deal at the hotel with breakfast included. there was plenty of choice and very good. plenty of restaurants just outside the hotel and a mercadona straight across the road. swimming pool was lovely and warm, there was a bit of building work at the pool but didn’t affect us. the view from the 43rd floor is amazing and well worth a trip up in the glass lift. e-mail special thanks to Danielle in guest services for all the great help and local advice. will definately be back later in year. weather has been amazing :-)

Awful aggressive check in where we were accused of trying to defraud the hotel - Despite the duty manager speaking to TUI Uk. Nothing was our fault but they ‘held us hostage ‘ by taking our passports / phones and banks cards. There was no communication and, even when we showed them the booking confirmation Constantine on reception pointed his figure at me in an aggressive way and shouted ‘he didn't give a sh1t about me’. No one have us info around where the lifts wetr / or general hotel info. The lifts were also a challenge, we waited up to 10 - no air and often appeared to drop floors. The lift certificate was out of date. One of the pools was closed - And looked Like a Changed off bull pit I can not complain about cleanliness - just all the staff were very rude Mins sometimes
