This was our 7th stay here whilst attending the International Soul Fiesta 13th-17th May 2026. This years event/experience was by far the best yet. Greatly helped by the friendly efficient bar and restaurant staff, whose communication (English) is to be commended. We noticed a big improvement in the overall standard and ingredients used in the restaurant’s, we understand this being due to the return of a former manager. We’re looking to returning next year

This was our 7th year attending the International Soul Fiesta and by far has been the best yet at the hotel. We had heard that Carlos had returned to the hotel and what a difference his return has made compared to last year. From the seamless check in, the English speaking happy smiling staff, the quick service at the bars, the improvements to the restaurants and food, the housekeepers etc they have all made a difference to our stay. A great big Thank You and see you next year 😊

Just returned from a week's stay at the Gran Bali and wanted to congratulate the hotel on this year's Northern Soul Fiesta. Everyone from the Reception Staff to the Maid Service was great! The Bar Manager and his Staff coped with our crowd with smiles on their faces and with an efficiency that meant no long queues and I received many compliments from our guests about how good the bar staff were. Rafael and his Team of 'movers and shifters' created a great layout of the rooms and were helpful and flexible with the Auditorio layout. Congratulations on the new restaurant layout and the improved food choices. We ate every day in the hotel. Finally, many many thanks to Carlos Fernandez for all his help in creating a great event that saw everyone leaving with smiles on their faces and plans to return in 2027. Carlos, you're a star my friend. Thank You to all and we will see you in 2027. Dave and Bev Moore
