Do not book here , u be woken up by drilling , which he says are painters . He walks in your room without knocking..its dirty the bath is black . Cold and run down , actually thought it was closed down. Which it shoukd be .

Booked this quick 4 day break myself,hubby and six yr old,if you have children DON'T stay here disgusting there was blood all over the room,complained but after a so called clean still loads of blood every we're I don't want to go into to much detail as the hen and stag parties were having a fantastic time and rightly so, but I will say its not for children here,I'm not a prude after all it's benidorm and were all out for a good time but children must come first don't do it.

Booked this hotel through Thomas Cook who failed to inform our hen party of 16 they wanted 50 euro deposit per person. One person worked as receptionist,cook,bar staff so keys left in pigeon holes behind reception were often taken therefore rooms being robbed. 9 people were robbed while we were there even people who had not left keys there. Which made us believe the hotel was a scam. One persons safe keys robbed from room and had to sit for 5 hours next to safe as no one on the 24 hour reception desk. Another couples room deposit held back as they left wet footprints by lift. Bar prices change everytime you go. Deposit needed for safe, tv remote. Balcony doors did not lock in all 4 rooms we rented. Fire escape from roof right next to our balcony. Only staff have keys to roof but week before we were there rooms on top floor had been robbed. Staff very unhelpful when you have been robbed. Pool dangerous and only 10 sunbeds for whole hotel. So much for medical facilities.....man cut his leg open on dodgy broken metal steps at side of pool.....staff didnt help him and told not to bleed on floor. WARNING.......DO NOT GO THERE
