Working class tradesman from Yorkshire. Now,where do I start. We got back from here last night. only to receive a WhatsApp msg saying we’ve stolen a coffee machine and will not be getting our £200 deposit back. HOW THE FLIP DO YOU FIT A COFFEE MACHINE IN YOUR 10KG CASE! There wasn’t a coffee machine to start with! I’m a tradesman so I know property. And this place needs knocking down and starting again. Dozens of cracked tiles. Rotten doors. Leaking plumbing. Loose balcony rails. Broken fridge. Crumbling render and plaster inside&out. Doors that don’t lock,even in the public toilet. Don’t lean on the steel rail round the pool or you’ve got a decent fall to the lower car park. No air con and the bedding feels like the material on those green military jumpers your grandad used to wear. The guy on reception (I hope your reading this) is an absolute melt. Rude. Ignorant and hard to talk to. Dunno if he owns the place. But if you hate your job that much. Don’t take it out on people that are keeping your doors open. Honestly spend a few extra quid and stay somewhere else. I wouldn’t stay here again if it was free. The one upside to this place were the staff behind the bar that were nice. Trip advisor needs a -⭐️ for this dump

For the price i paid, i couldn’t complain one bit, big fans in the room to cool you down, breakfast from the bar was great, staff very friendly, room was fair, good location and cheap as chips 👍🏻

Firstly would like to thank the staff ,me and my partner stayed in room 301 very large corner balcony with great views of mountains ,firstly the room was rather dirty i cleaned it then felt more comfortable yes the apartments are very tired but can see there trying to update areas we had a new sofa bed and wardrobe with brand new safe, no aircon throughout we bought a fan that was great ,the tv is a no go to old to bother with ,the curtains were very dirty to, some deep cleaning will change this to peoples opions of coming back i think, the linen and towels smelled musty extra cleaning i would return i can see past old and tired ,200 euro breakage felt a bit steep considering the quality of the room its a base to sleep not to enjoy unfortunately the bathroom was my main area of concern it was to say the least horrid again i cleaned it some what and felt better ,would i take children absolutely not at the moment until extra work as been done to improve the apartments early check out is a key box near entrance thought id mention it because we didnt know about it on arrival but we could have asked so that one on us im afraid i wanted to be as truthful as possible but only based on our apartment im sure some are better i will leave photos of the good and the grim
