Friendly staff, rooms excellent, Seafront view . Very pleasant Would gladly stay again. Could do with car or extra funds for taxis if you want to visit other towns etc. This did not spoil my stay

The apartment is nice, could definitely use some updating in the kitchen. The pictures obviously don’t depict the place we are staying. There are no amenities…..only shampoo. No hand soap, no coffee (it would have been nice to have at least one package of coffee). The ad says superior bedding however we only had a sheet and a small cover on the bottom of the bed. Parking is very interesting. It works but somewhat difficult. You need to have a small car as it goes up in an elevator thru the garage.

Room was nice but not amazing uncomfortable bed. Tv only in Spanish and not smart. Miles away from the town and no public transport you have to have a car or use a taxi which takes around 40 mins to arrive and charges different prices every day you need to have 40 euros spare a day for 1 trip to altea and back. No supermarket is close without a car and its all up hill if you want to attempt the 20 minute walk. They charge 200 euros on arrival for deposit for the room. Dont know why as they didn't even check it before we left . There is nothing to do in the area apart from jet ski or have a meal. Nothing else I would recommend 1 day there but you need to go out of area if your staying longer .

6th-25th sept 2019 still here! We decided to return here after having stayed in June 2017 in hope these apartments had been refurbished. As we had previously found the apartments lovely but very tired, this time we are even more disappointed. It wasn't very nice to be quite arrogantly be greeted with the rules about cleaning the apartment before we leave, I guess this is for the minority that leave them in a mess but don't presume we are all the same. This was ironic as the apartment wasn't very clean when we entered it and found that one of the electric rings had been left switched on full!! Apartment 51 is very tired with numerous maintainable issues. Toilet seat broken Furniture in poor condition Shower doesn’t work surprise surprise, again!!(free standing one) Beds horrendously uncomfortable like sleeping on the floor so very hard the sun loungers are comfier. Dishwasher door falling off Utensils in the kitchen very limited No kettle still after requesting one(being told its only the English that request them if this is the case why not cater for those guests in advance then? going the extra mile!) Towels very grim and grey disgusting (Supposedly 4 start accommodation) Don’t be fooled by the photos of the massage shower as it didn’t work in the previous apartment we had here either looks good but just a waste of space. I can honestly say it’s such a shame, once again, as the apartments size and view are awesome yet they’ve been let go into the mess. We paid a lot of money for our stay as well. Really not happy and won’t return. Next time we will choose SH Villa Gadea as we should of done this time which in hind sight wasn't that much more for what you get as appeased to the quality of these apartments! A real real shame! Management, have some pride in these apartments you own and sort them out definitely NOT 4 star apart from the sea view! which is our saving grace.

This is a great aparthotel for family living. The apartments have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an excellent terrace overlooking the sea, a comfortable kitchen with everything you need including a washing machine.
