Costa Málaga by Pierre Vacances

We stayed here for a week in May, would I return ermmmmm probably not. we was on the 4th floor at the front of the hotel and the noise from the road did not stop all night long, the walls in the hotel are very thin, we could hear next door talking until early Hours etc. we could hear a couple above us having s*x. The walls need some sound proof adding. The food was average, we found it very repetitive. One night was chicken wings and my partner bit into it and it was raw !! Complained to the restaurant staff and got 1 free drink for this, but they hadn’t pulled the chicken wings off which I found bizarre. Could do with some atmosphere around the pool, 2 days they had some entertainment at lunch time which was great. They never really had music playing unless someone went and asked them to put it on. For what we paid it was average, if we had paid more than what we had I would have been annoyed, I would say it is more like a 3 star than a 4. The location though is great, loads of shops and restaurants around. Train station a 5 Minute stroll and can be in Malaga within 15 minutes. I would come to Torremolinos again but not stay at this hotel.

Having stopped at hotel 3 times before.good hotel excellent service and food.only let down was pool area.to many seats reserved in morning rush.with towels left on seats and not used .until afternoon making it impossible to get seats.will be going again but a bit better control needed.

Lovely hotel - rooms clean and breakfast was lovely. Only 10/15 min walk to the beach (quite a few steps down to beach so be mindful). Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Seen others complain about noise but we didn’t really notice - walls are thin but nothing crazy! We were also able to leave our luggage before check in and get late check out which was fab. Only thing I would note is people regularly reserved sunbeds and disappeared for hours - we seen so many people unable to get a sun bed and leave sadly when others had reserved and weren’t using them. At one stage we noticed a couple were gone for around 4 hours but left towels on a bed. This isn’t a fault of the hotel obviously but just be mindful there aren’t many beds for the size of the hotel. Overall a nice hotel and would recommend.

Customer service was appalling. An item of immense sentimental value was removed from my room while it was being cleaned. I had owned this item for over 20 years, and its loss completely overshadowed and ruined my holiday. What was most disappointing was the hotel's lack of effort in investigating what happened. I reported the issue immediately and asked for the contact details of the laundry service on the Wednesday the item went missing. Despite repeated requests and considerable arguing, I was not given those details until Saturday. As I was leaving on Sunday, the laundry service was already closed for the weekend, leaving me with no opportunity to follow up myself. The hotel later informed me that the item had not been found among the bedding sent to the laundry. That leaves an obvious question: was it accidentally discarded by housekeeping or was it taken? I will never know, because hotel management did very little to establish what had happened. I received no meaningful assistance, no satisfactory explanation, and no compensation. Losing an item of such personal importance was extremely distressing, and the way the situation was handled only added to that stress. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Great location in the centre of torremolinos to all bars restaunts bus stops taxis or train station. Reception staff pleasant and efficient. Room is bright and sunny needs some repairs and decoration . Blockage in shower drainage first day and the reception had a guy at our room within minutes to sort the issue then cleaning staff came in straight after. Very impressed . Beds comfortable plenty of storage . Soaps shower gels shampoos and body milk plentiful and good quality . Rooms cleaned daily and towels when requested and bedding twice a week . Roof top terrace is beautiful with great views pool area is adequate for the hotel clean and tidy but I much prefer space on the beach . Can't comment on restaurant looked pleasant but never used it . Would recommend anybody wanting a central located hotel it's clean welcoming and freindly .
