SO/ Sotogrande Spa & Golf Resort Hotel

2nd visit to the hotel to golf in the region. It's perfect. Rooms are spacious and bathroom with walk in shower is spot on. All of the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is plated and served. Great selection and all was lovely. It's very tranquil and has a fantastic relaxed vibe. Love it and will definitely be back.

We asked to be seated in a quieter area but were told that section was closed, yet several guests arriving after us were seated there. Service also felt understaffed, and the portions were surprisingly small for the price. Expectations are naturally higher at a 5-star venue. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet them. ★★☆☆☆

Poor to indifferent service.

Unfortunately, our most recent visit fell short of expectations. Part of our order was missing, and the food that did arrive lacked the flavour and quality we were hoping for. We’ve had a much better experience here before, which made this visit all the more disappointing. We’d like to give it another chance, but we’d hope for better next time.
