Vibra Cala Tarida

Hotel je pěkný blízko překrásné pláže ( k pláži vede 97 schodů). Vše bylo v pořádku. Jen kuchaře by měli vyměnit. Jídlo bylo vždy studené, bez chuti, maso a ryby téměř vždy uvnitř nedovařené - syrové a zmrzlina z automatu byla 3 dny zkažená než dali novou. Pokoj pěkný, jen mi tam chyběla lednička. Wifi fungovalo jen na recepci. Výhody hotelu: blízko krásné pláže, před hotelem je autobusová zastávka, v blízkosti 1 obchod a lékárna.

Jsme velmi spokojeni se sluzbami,ubytovanim a skvelym personalem,zejmena chceme podekovat za vstricny a zaroven profesionalni pristup pani Jessicy,jeji mile a pratelske jednani a ochotu se vsim pomoci.Jeste jednou dekujeme a doporucujeme k navstiveni.

Hotel rekonstruovaný, čistý, služby OK, jídlo kvalitní. Občas problém s magnetickými kartami pro vstup do pokoje, přestaly fungovat. Pokoje otočené na stranu k pláži jsou u velmi prašné malé místní komunikace, takže přízemí je pokryté prachem. V horních patrech už lepší. Animátoři aktivní, příjemní, komunikativní.

The Best Holiday of My Life! I can honestly say that my stay at Vibra Cala Tarida was one of the best holidays I have ever had in my entire life. Everything about this hotel was fantastic, from the facilities to the atmosphere, but what truly made this holiday unforgettable was Inês. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests were simply incredible. She went above and beyond every single day to make sure we were happy and enjoying our stay. Thanks to her, this became the most memorable holiday I have ever experienced. She is no longer just a member of the hotel staff – she has become a friend and feels like part of the family. All the staff at the hotel were amazing, always smiling, welcoming, and willing to help. The level of customer service throughout the hotel was outstanding. You can really feel that everyone works hard to make guests feel special. A special thank you once again to Inês – she is truly the GOAT of this hotel! Her positive energy, warmth, and dedication are second to none. We loved every minute of our stay and we are already planning to return in two months, especially because we cannot wait to see Inês again and enjoy another fantastic holiday at this wonderful hotel. We weren’t sure what to expect from our week long family holiday over May half term due to recent reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised! Prior to our arrival, I was worrying about the size of our room, I needn’t have! For my husband, son and myself the room was ample. We had two single beds pushed together and a sofa bed. The wardrobe had plenty of hangers. The room was clean and tended to daily with fresh towels. There is a hairdryer in the room. My only niggle was the lack of a fridge in the room for bottled water. If you require anything in addition, such as an iron, kettle etc these are available at reception. I believe a deposit is required but will be returned when the item is returned. We did hire towels to take to the beach for €10 per towel, again, this was refunded once returned. Excellent service. The restaurant had a lovely selection of meats, some freshly cooked in front of you. There was always a rice/paella dish and potatoes. My little boy enjoyed the pasta bar and the salad bar was a hit for me! Breakfast was good, we had omelettes on a few occasions which were delicious. The waffles and Nutella were a nice little addition too! We couldn’t fault the food at all. The pool snack bar was fine, my little boy enjoyed going and asking for the food himself and he was usually greeted with a smiling face wanting to help him. I believe the choices changed daily, but pizza was available every day. A great alternative if you don’t want to sit down in the restaurant during the day or fancy a light bite. The drinks were fine, nothing extraordinary but as to be expected for a 3* all inclusive. The basics were well covered. You do have to pay €2 initially for a plastic cup each, but this is returned at the end of your stay. It basically reduces the amount of single use plastic/paper cups used, we had no issue with this and couldn’t understand why others would have an issue with this either?! We have been to numerous all inclusives where cups were strewn about the pool because people were too lazy to dispose of them appropriately, so this method resolved this issue! The bar staff were fantastic, Josef and Manuel being my little boys favourites! Thank you boys! The main pool is busy, but we never struggled to get a sunbed. They have background music playing and is generally a little more livelier than the smaller round pool which we enjoyed. The pool chemicals are quite strong- we did have to buy my little boy some goggles as his eyes after one day in the pool were very red and sore. Worth baring in mind. The lifeguard is fantastic, such a lovely guy! He often brought out basketball nets and other things for the children to play with in the pool. We have come across some really grumpy lifeguards on our travels but this guy is the best! He genuinely wants you and your kids to have a great time! The animation team also deserves a massive Thank you! My little boy loved spending time with you guys colouring, playing games and sports! He was so sad to leave and has already asked to come back. You guys are awesome! Overall we have had a lovely holiday! The staff work tirelessly to ensure everyone has a great time, so thank you! We will be back!
