Rozhodně tento hotel nedoporučuji. Při příjezdu Vám okamžitě nabízí lepší pokoje za příplatek, které jsou úplně náhodou připraveny ihned, zatímco na bookované se musí čekat. Následně se Vám zkouší vnucovat all inclusive, protože jsou údajně drinky drahé…(vůbec nejsou a all inclusive se absolutně nevyplatí). Přitom Vám nevysvětlí, jak věci v hotelu chodí a že například potřebujete k bazénu kartičku na osušky. Když si je člověk sežene a odejde na chvíli na pláž, hotelový staff si dovolí odnést Vaše věcí, hrabat se Vám v tašce a vrátit pouze část tašky…absolutní vrchol narušení soukromí! V životě jsem nikde na dovolené nezažila, aby mi někdo vzal tašku z lehátka a vrátil mi z ní pouze jeden opalovací krém. Vrchol drzosti!

Nestává se to často, ale tento hotel nás nadchl. Příplatek za vyšší patro a větší pokoj se rozhodně vyplatil. Pro 4členou rodinu dostatečně velké. Z 6 patra částečný výhled na moře. Pokoje uklizené každý den. Hotel se nachází na okraji města, takže večer jen hluk z místního programu. Silnou stránkou hotelu je perfektní stravování ve všech částech hotelu. Hotel nabízí několik bazénu a každý je trochu jiný, takže každý si najde ten svůj. Silnou stránkou je i obsluha, která se vždy usmívala a snažila se vyjít vstříc.

Having stayed at this hotel numerous times over the last six years, we were looking forward to returning once again. Unfortunately, what we found upon arrival was a hotel that bears little resemblance to the one we have enjoyed visiting year after year. When booking, we were under the impression that the hotel had simply undergone a name change. At no point was it made clear that there had been such significant changes to the facilities, services and overall guest experience. Had we known the extent of these changes, we would not have booked. The decline in standards was immediately noticeable. The à la carte restaurant has been removed, the quality and variety of food has significantly reduced, and the outdoor lunch service previously available around the Sky Pool has disappeared. Drinks have also been downgraded, with soft drinks, juices and alcoholic beverages largely dispensed from machines rather than being freshly served. Basic amenities expected from a four-star hotel are no longer provided, including daily bottled water, hairdryers and clothes steamers. The Wi-Fi is extremely poor and often unusable. Our room also presented several issues. There was mould in the shower, the balcony door was extremely difficult to open and close, and despite reporting it on arrival and being assured maintenance would attend the next day, nothing was done. We were also allocated a room for three guests but only provided with two balcony chairs. Perhaps the most unpleasant issue was the persistent sewage-like smell throughout the building where we were staying. This was reported to the hotel manager, yet no satisfactory resolution was offered. The service throughout the hotel has been equally disappointing. Staff often appeared abrupt, dismissive and unwilling to help unless additional money was being spent. On one occasion, a simple request for a coffee was met with a blunt "no" and no further explanation or assistance. To make matters worse, guests are regularly asked to leave the pool area before the advertised closing time, despite the pool officially remaining open until 6pm. What is most frustrating is that we raised the majority of these concerns with management within approximately three hours of arriving. These were not minor issues that developed during our stay—they were apparent almost immediately. Despite reporting them promptly, very little was done to address them. Instead of enjoying a relaxing break, we have spent much of our time feeling frustrated, uncomfortable and counting down the days until we can go home. This hotel no longer reflects the standards of a four-star property and is certainly not the hotel we have enjoyed visiting for many years. Returning guests should be aware that significant changes have been made, and in our opinion, the overall experience has deteriorated considerably. Sadly, we will not be returning.
