The hotel has recently been renovated and visually it makes a very strong first impression. The property is large, consisting of two separate buildings, and the overall design is one of its biggest strengths. The style combines modern elegance with natural materials and boho-inspired elements, creating a pleasant, warm and relaxing atmosphere throughout the resort. The rooms are tastefully furnished, functional and make excellent use of the available space. The common areas are aesthetically pleasing and clearly designed with attention to detail. Unfortunately, the experience did not consistently match the 5-star standard the hotel advertises. One inconvenience worth mentioning is the parking situation. If your room is located in a different part of the complex from the garage you are assigned to, you may have to walk quite a significant distance with your luggage, which is not ideal after a long journey. The biggest disappointment was undoubtedly the food. After arriving tired from travelling, we were looking forward to a quality dinner, but the experience fell well below expectations. 100€ dinner and the selection was limited, many dishes lacked flavour, some were excessively greasy and the fish was extremely dry and overcooked. The quality simply did not reflect what one would expect from a hotel of this category. After the first evening, we decided not to have dinner in the hotel restaurant again during the remainder of our stay. The surrounding area was another surprise. The resort is located in a part of Mallorca that attracts a large number of German tourists. Many nearby restaurants, bars and shops seem to cater almost exclusively to this market. It felt somewhat unusual to be on a beautiful Mediterranean island and find menus focused on sausages, schnitzels and beer culture rather than local Mallorcan cuisine. The area is also characterised by large groups, alcohol-oriented tourism and a generally noisy atmosphere, which may not appeal to guests looking for a more authentic or relaxed island experience. The hotel does offer an indoor pool and spa facilities, which likely contribute to its 5-star classification. However, when considering the overall guest experience particularly the food quality, dining experience and the atmosphere of the surrounding area I would personally rate it closer to a good 3-star property than a genuine 5-star luxury hotel. The design is beautiful and the renovation has been done exceptionally well. Unfortunately, aesthetics alone are not enough to create a true 5-star experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to leave an honest account of my experience. Room maintenance issues: The following were not working during my stay — the air conditioning controls, the in-room phone, and the Wi-Fi (which was only functional on the ground floor). These were not minor inconveniences; they are basic facilities that should be in working order. I was not offered a change of room and the hotel was not at capacity. Birthday request ignored: I contacted the hotel in advance to let them know I would be celebrating my birthday during my stay. Nothing was done to acknowledge this — no note, no small gesture of any kind. I have never experienced this at a hotel. So, as a hotel of this standard, this was unexpected and disappointing. Response from the hotel: A bottle of wine was provided as an apology for the room issues. While appreciated, this did not resolve the underlying problems, and I would have preferred the issues not to have occurred at all. Also, when I raised the Wi-Fi issue with the manager, after she asked for feedback, I was told that it works fine for room staff using their tablets. Staff and property: The staff (excluding the above) were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself is a lovely property with good facilities. Due to ongoing health issues, I found it increasingly difficult to keep raising problems during my stay and eventually stopped doing so. I want to be transparent — at the time I did mention to staff that I might still consider returning, due to wanting to make the best of my time. On reflection, though, having had time to think about the full experience, I realise I'm genuinely unsure. A stay like this is only as good as the attention to detail, and that's where it fell short. The room issues, the ignored birthday request, the stress of it all — these things matter. I wouldn't rule out returning, but I'd need to feel confident that the basics would be taken care of. Right now, I don't have that confidence.

Fabulous hotel. Newly renovated so although rooms are compact they are well laid out with everything you need. Clean and comfortable. We asked for mattress topper as I like a soft bed and that was no problem. Pool areas are really great with lots of really comfortable beds and good music. Breakfast is amazing with everything you could possibly want. Food at pool was great too. Roof top bar is lovely and worth a visit. All staff are very customer focussed and can’t do enough for you. The location is very central but in a busy area so something to take into account. We jumped on local buses to Soller and Palma and that was easy and cheap. Great holiday and would recommend.

We are a British family of 3 who have just finished a 3 night stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, spotless and the staff are amazing. We stayed in a junior suite, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. Food at breakfast was really good, in my opinion quality over quantity is better and you can tell the hotel use quality ingredients. The location of the hotel is on the bus route from the airport or is 10 minutes in a taxi. 30 mins on the bus from Palma city centre. With us having a baby this is one of the reasons why we chose this hotel for our short stay. We are not familiar with areas in Palma so we’re non the wiser to the fact that the area where the hotel is a German party hotspot. I.E the area is the German version of Magaluf…not ideal. If you are staying in the park tower facing the street be prepared to bring earplugs or you will be woken up by partygoers stumbling up the strip and out of Bombolaos until 5 am. We did not raise this as an issue with the hotel at we were only there for 3 nights. I am sure that if you are in another area of the hotel or have a pool view room this will not be an issue. Once you are inside the hotel you very quickly forget about the outside location as it really is so lovely! I would definitely return to hotel!

Really loved this Hotel has been amazing! Staff are very friendly and excellent food all round. Can be a little noisy as near the German strip of Arenal, though it didn't bother us. Used the pools and spa and really enjoyed it. Make sure to go to the rooftop for cocktails and enjoy the incredible view. We stayed here for my Girlfriend 21st birthday this week and the hotel were able to upgrade us to a higher floor (12 floor) with a sea view. I also asked for a birthday suprise in the room which included balloons, prosecco and a lovely flowery bear. Thank you to Rosanna who arranged that as she made it very special for us. If you have booked with Jet2 you may be expecting a welcome meeting or general help but they don't seem to have presence in this area which is a bit of a let down for Jet2 if you have travelled with them in package holidays before. If You Want help arranging trips, talk to Rosanna with Guest experience as she made this very easy for us to do trips. Overall I really loved our stay here and definitely will be coming back!
