Terrible experience – Dishonest staff, unsafe hotel, full of lies I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever at Hipotels Eurotel Punta Rotja Spa-Golf. • My Gucci cap was stolen from a sunbed in the hotel courtyard, right where two security cameras are pointed. When I asked them to check, they lied and said there are no cameras. • From my room, one of my earrings disappeared — probably because someone thought it was gold. • Every single day, there were cockroaches in the bathroom — absolutely disgusting for a so-called 4-star hotel. • I paid for a double room with breakfast, and when I arrived, they gave me a small economy room with no breakfast. When I complained, they told me to deal with Booking, and Booking sent me back to them. Completely irresponsible. • The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. When you ask to see the cameras, they laugh in your face. They purposely speak in Spanish so you won’t understand what they say, and respond to you with irony and arrogance. • When I asked to speak to the manager, they mocked me and said it would take a long time for him to come. Very unserious and unhelpful. • Many of the rooms are not fully functional, they are only for show — which means theft can happen at any moment. • I also noticed clear racist behavior toward certain guests, including myself. Unacceptable. I left without even staying the full reservation. I will never come back to this place and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. Completely dishonest, unsafe, and disrespectful.

Always a pleasure staying at the Eurotel Punta Rotja. This hotel has a wonderful location with well maintained gardens running down to the sea. Quite a unique feature we think. Rooms are well equipped and always clean. Beds are super comfortable too.

Back for the third time through jet 2 holidays - fabulous location, peaceful setting, wonderful food with local restaurants adding to the choice. The pool area is lovely, rooms spacious, with cleanliness being a priority of all areas throughout the hotel and amazing hard working and friendly staff, always greeted with a smile. Only here for five nights but just what an end of term as teachers needed. Thank you
