One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Stunning views, really great service and an amazing atmosphere Truly worth every penny. The to young bar/ restaurant staff were next level, would return to see Facula and Ivan alone. The only negative I had was one member of staff who made it quite difficult to cancel my breakfast, he told me it wasn't possible and then it was and in quite an unhelpful manner... and the food is 4 star not 5 but still good. Worth eating there for the view. Will be back!

first class hotel, beautiful location, beautiful building great way to top off a wonderful trip in Mallorca.The staff was very accommodating friendly helped us out when we had a snag went above and beyond. Two thumbs up, five out of five. had dinner on the terrace, which was lovely. One of the best hotels I've stayed in in 50 years. had a corner room full bathtub tons of space. stayed on marriott points, so glad that I splurged.

Hotel location is nice but the price / quality isn’t inline with other Hotels at this level the Hotel try to positioning. The Service isn’t on good on this price point and it starts already at Check In and go all the way through Checkout. There are better alternatives on Mallorca on this price point what’s unfortunate as the location is really nice. Also invest into the Hotel for renovation wouldn’t be bad.
