My husband & I are currently staying here and have been here for 2 weeks almost. I would like to give an honest & robust review so others can enjoy this beautiful hotel. Firstly, I would like to point out the not so great issues as there aren’t many… I’d like to say there were none, but we aren’t picky in any way, just truthful but grateful. As per another guest’s review, the pools are freshwater & there is a green/algae rim around all the pools. This has apparently been there more than a year! I’m sure other people would be able to nit pick, but apart from that, this hotel is perfect The cleaning staff work extremely hard to keep all areas of the hotel clean. The beds are the comfiest we’ve ever slept in! Loads of pillows & the air con again, the best we’ve encountered anywhere. Shower is fantastic & powerful- wow 👍 The waiting staff & chef’s& cooks also work hard to ensure your dining experiences are excellent which they are! I cannot say anything negative about the food made available to us at meal times. The ladies& gentleman ( young & older) who wait your tables, always have a smile & are very friendly and attentive and approachable. They are so lovely! Marcos is a lovely, professional man who you can tell really enjoys his job! He& everyone else is such an asset. Thank you for your excellent service! There’s SPA shop down the road to the left & that man in there is fab too- very nice man. On exiting the ground floor of the hotel through reception to the left is a bus stop which will take you into Alcudia. You can also download the Mallorcab app to get a taxi to go where you want with a price being given before you confirm you want the ride. We really have had the most amazing time & very much appreciate all the staff looking after us.🤗🫶

We had a perfect 5 dat stay in early June. We were looking for relaxation and got exactly what we wanted. An adult only hotel with a laid back vibe. We had a triple sea view room and I can’t remember having a better view anywhere ( in 50 years of travelling) The rooms have recently been updated ( as has most of the hotel ) and it has all been done to a very high standard. We booked bed and breakfast and it was both varied and plentiful every day. The hotel is out of town so nice and quiet but the 323 bus runs into the centre every hour and the stop is very convenient only 100 metres from the hotel . We would definitely return in a heartbeat.

We booked this at the last minute through Jet 2 holidays. Jet 2 were as good as the Which report suggested, and made the whole trip painless. The hotel was lovely, in a very pretty spot 1km outside Alcudia, just across the road from the sea---a couple of small rocky beaches but clear water and nice for swimming. We had one of their 'sea rooms' with a balcony overlooking a stunning view of the sea across to Menorca. The staff were delightful, the food from a buffet with a huge selection of locally grown foods, and choice of several dishes, was delicious, 4 pretty pools, a spa and other options if you wanted them, in terms of sporting activities, a shuttle bus to Alcudia, yoga classes etc. It was spotlessly clean, great bed and an excellent and powerful shower. We spent 6 nights there, and it was very restorative.

Perfect hotel if you want a peaceful break. Lovely room with fabulous shower, spacious balcony & fridge with free drinks on arrival. Plenty of choice for meals - breakfast was superb & special effort made for gluten-free coeliac diet. Shout out to the chef, Antonio Murillo, who went above and beyond to cater for me at mealtimes. Sun loungers always available at the pools. Used free shuttle bus to the port & regular bus to Alcudia market. Worth a sea view room for the fabulous sunsets. Loved it there for a relaxing break - maybe not for anyone who is looking for lively entertainment.

The hotel is situated in a lovely, quiet area and parts of the property appear to have been renovated to a good standard. Unfortunately, my overall experience was mixed, largely due to service and room issues. I stayed in Room 201, which unfortunately did not meet expectations. The telephone was not working, meaning I had to walk to reception for even minor requests. There were repeated power interruptions, and I only had hot water, even from the cold tap. None of these issues were fixed during my five night stay. I also found some aspects of communication and customer service disappointing. While not all staff were unfriendly, I often felt more of an inconvenience than a valued guest, and interactions sometimes came across as abrupt rather than welcoming. There were several occasions where clearer information would have improved the experience. For example, the safe was already locked with no instructions on how to reset it, requiring another trip to reception. I was also not informed about the pool towel ticket system and, when I asked, was told rather bluntly that I “didn’t ask.” Breakfast was average buffet-style food, although one morning I arrived a few minutes early and was called across the room with “we’re closed,” which felt unnecessarily abrupt. Our flight was delayed by three hours and we were advised we could eat from the buffet before 10pm. However, upon arriving, I was told to “hurry up and eat,” which added to the feeling that guest service was somewhat rushed and impersonal. I had paid for a terrace/balcony room, but unfortunately there were no chairs provided and the view overlooked used towels and noisy generators. The rooms also have nesting birds nearby, which meant early wake-ups, although I would honestly take the birds over the generator noise. The sunbeds were also very uncomfortable. On a more positive note, the highlight of the holiday was the yoga with Jessica, which was excellent and genuinely enjoyable. Overall, the hotel itself has potential and is in a peaceful location, but for me the experience was affected by room maintenance issues and a level of service that did not always feel warm or guest-focused.
