Mon Port Hotel & Spa

This beautiful hotel and gardens has become our comfort zone and we visit as often as we can. 35 minutes by taxi from Palma airport it is truly an oasis of relaxation and wellbeing. There is definitely a family feel within the hotel and senior management, who ensured that our stay was comfortable and inviting. The food served for evening meal is very good as is breakfast, fresh Mallorcan specialties, breads and pastries, eggs cooked to order, smoked salmon, cheeses and cold meats, fresh fruits etc. an extensive choice with added luxuries. A lovely outside dining area works well in the warm weather. Rooms are spotlessly clean and outside spaces are beautifully kept. The grounds are really attractive with abundance of flowers and colour, scattered with plenty of palm trees and greenery. A great poolside cafe and bar with good value, tasty food. We enjoy being in the ground floor rooms with a terrace, most look out to the pool. Plenty of sun beds around the pool and lawn areas. The architecture is stunning with a traditional style mixed with contemporary practicalities and calm elegance. A large, excellent well equipped gym is on site, indoor pool and spa, tennis courts and children’s play area. Well worth a visit is the shop next to the reception, with clothes, bags, jewellery and accessories, beautifully displayed and individual styles. A short walk from the hotel brings you to the port area, a local corner grocery shop with most necessities stocked and the Yacht club, which is open for drinks and food and buses pick up and drop off from this area. Further round the port along a promenade you see plenty of boats and yachts and there are many restaurants and shops, as well as the local fishing boats with their nets stacked after the morning catch. Nearby Sant Elm is worth a visit, a lovely bay only 5 -10 minutes away by car, with trips to Dragonera island and a beach within the bay. We are smitten with Mon Port Hotel, it is like visiting family and friends, we now take our family who love going there too and hopefully we will be returning for many more years.

We can’t sing our praises of this hotel enough! It’s our third visit here this year alone we love everything about it, the location, the spacious family room we get, the facilities and most of all Joan and the whole team that make it all so special for us. Can’t wait to go back!!

Although it was early in the season, we were favoured with excellent weather in this beautiful location. Port d'Andratx is a gem of a place and the Mon Port is very well situated to explore it. Our room was clean, well appointed and had a lovely balcony. It was too cold to use the pools, but the spa was excellent. Breakfasts were all you could expect although we didn't eat in the hotel in the evenings. Very much recommended.

Never fails to impress. The day starts with the most amazing breakfast! The spa experience was wonderful. A short walk into town and ideally positioned for the bus if you want to travel further afield. Highly recommend a stay here.
