Mon Port Hotel & Spa

I stayed three nights in Bloc 1. What's to love: - There's interesting walking in the area - Rooms have balconies - Hot water, strong water pressure - Lotion, shampoo, conditioner provided - Decent breakfast selection. Outside seating - Quiet neighborhood - Spa Room for improvement: - In advance of my stay, I requested an upper-floor room in a remote bloc. They reserved a ground-floor room in Bloc 1, by the lobby and the pool. (I was able to move to a higher floor within the bloc) - Noise from the restaurant reaches the rooms - Spotty restaurant service - Front desk gives keys without checking identification against the room reservation. The restaurant requires the guest to announce their name and room number - Outdoor seating lacks shade - Overly auto-tuned music, played a little too loudly, at the pool restaurant - Dullish, unshaded 15-minute walk to the port - Lacks charm, personality

As usual, brilliant staff, lovely accommodation and beautiful pool and grounds.

A fantastic hotel - don’t quite understand why it isn’t 5 stars. The rooms are excellent, the setting is quaint and relaxing, however what separates this is are the staff who are all absolutely fantastic and incredibly attentive. Special shout out to Jasmina who runs the restaurant and Alex who runs the bar who are both superb and both remembered that myself and my family are repeat customers. Overall I couldn’t recommend this hotel any higher.

Lovely hotel with great staff

My wife has been coming to at Mon Port every year for the last 6 years with her good friend Ruth Marley and loved it every time, for me it was my first visit and we’ll be back that’s for sure. Hotel fab, rooms, location atmosphere, cleanliness fabulous.
