Firstly we would like to thank David at Reception for all the help he gave us with a situation we encountered in Alcudia he couldn't have been more helpful and supportive. We found the hotel and staff very good, lovely grounds and pool, refurbished spacious bedrooms, food was good and never a crush in dining area, hotel spotlessly clean and grounds well looked after.

First family holiday with 7 month old Really nice hotel, loads of green space and nature and away from the hustle and bustle - which is what weve always liked with holidays Staff always friendly everywhere - always happy to help Nice location - about 10 minute walk from beach and some smaller shops and restaurants and cash machiene which we walked a few times - Option to catch the Ting Ting train stios outside Hotel- check timetable for times. Very handy though to get into the main bit with more restaurants and shops which we did once. Great just opposite across the road is a Lidl - which with small baby was handy for bits Hotel room very clean, nice size - we had family room - travel cot provided, fridge, safe (didnt use) and bed was comfortable, balcony nice also. Rooms newly refurbished which was nice - cleaned daily Hotel areas and grounds were clean and restaurant too. Pool and pool area very clean - one big pool and a small childrens pool. We were at the pool every day - never struggled to get a sun bed, life guard always present during pool opening times. The also inside pool and spa facilities which we didnt use. cash deposit for towels but get back after youve finished with them Pool bar was good, always someone there to service and was keeping area clean, self service for fizzy drinks, fruit juice and water and there is a snack bar there also with burgers, hotdogs, pasta, chicken and salad and fresh fruit and bread, do have to buy ice creams at the bar though - if didnt want this food could always eat at restaurant Main restaurant always clean and tidy, staff very friendly and welcoming, constantly cleaning, always staff from kitchen checking on food and rotating bring out fresh food and keeping areas clean Fresh bread section, made fresh to eat section, hot food section, salad and cold food section, fruit section, dessert section, and more - wide variety of food! Always found something to eat and was nice food at each meal time, do agree not all food labelled however most food was obvious what it was Bar near restaurant nice also to sit in, had the football on too We also did watch some entertainment - which was good, would be handy to have an entrainment board for the week so we knew what was happening before the night One site shop and arcades and play ground area- we didnt use but handy to know We also had some photos one with the photographer in the hotel - which was really nice and a memory of our first holiday as a family - very friendly Overall whole experience was excellent, we would definitely stay here again as we think its great for families - we plan to return in the future

All the staff are lovely, very friendly and always happy. The guy that runs the onsite supermarket is great. Booked a family room which was supposed to come with a kitchenette and microwave but only had a fridge and random chair. Safe didn't work and it took them 2 days to replace it with a very old one which I ended up not using. The room had recently been refurbished but the finish was very poor for example the LED strip in the shower was covered in plaster or grout or something, it just looks like they've rushed it and not taken any care on the finish. Pool is nice but very crowded, the staff said the hotel was half full so can't imagine how cramped it will be at full capacity. Food was poor it did improve slightly at the end of the week but was average at best, very little options, looked unappetising, often running low so you just had to pick from what was left. Nothing was labelled so you had no idea what you were eating. The food available during the day was disappointing, no snacks apart from fruit only ice cream available for kids in the restaurant. I would have eaten out more but my 9 yr old didn't want to walk out every night which is why I book all inclusive. Overall an average stay Jet2 rating is 4 stars but is more like 3 wouldn't come back.

The hotel is in a lovely setting, the grounds are well kept and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was renovated and spacious - the balcony had 2 sun loungers and a sunbed. The food was varied and tasty. Highlights for us were the moussaka, roast beef, meaty ribs, salads and the ice cream with sprinkles and wafers for the kids. You can help yourself to soft drinks, wine and beer (at meal times) which reduced queues. The staff were hard working and friendly. I wasn't a massive fan of the all inclusive cocktails but I'd recommend the Aperol spritz and the Strawberry daiquiri if you want to treat yourself. At €4.50 this is a lot cheaper than going to a bar. The entertainment team were enthusiastic round the pool - the aqua aerobics and pool games were fun. There wasn't much information about what was going on when though - a bit more information would have been helpful. We enjoyed the Tina Turner act and the circus act in the evenings. The on site arcade kept our 8 year old busy in the evenings. We managed to park our hire car on the street outside the hotel. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a nice treat. We'd recommend going to the Go karting track in Can Picafort and the Ting ting train which stops outside the hotel. We had a lovely relaxing week in the sun in a lovely setting.

We had the most wonderful week away. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and such a peaceful setting. Set a little back from the resort front which we loved because it was quieter. A lovely walk to the beach or you could catch a bus or the resort train which stopped outside. The hotel has recently been refurbished and it’s beautiful. The beds were the comfiest we have had and the rooms finished a a high standard. We had a lovely view overlooking the trees and slept very well. We stayed all inclusive and found the food and drinks to be lovely. Plenty of options with everything refreshed and topped up. They also have a snack bar. We loved the entertainment. Kids mini disco every night which was perfect for our little one and then something for us afterwards. Everything felt very family oriented. The pool was lovely and we never had an issue finding a sun bed. What stood out the most for us though were the wonderful staff. They always made such an effort with our little one, always going above and beyond despite being busy. We can’t thank them enough and they are an absolute credit to the hotel. We very much hope to come back next year!
