Villa Le Blanc Gran Melia

This hotel is superb direct access to the sea. The rooms are fabulous the decor around the hotel wonderful and calming as is all the facilities we loved the adult only roof top pool and the spa. Food was great and staff could not do enough for us in particular Carmen guest experience manager and Chele the consierge who assisted on a wonderful day out around the island in a car . I could not recommend this hotel enough so much so we have booked for later in the year .

We chose this hotel in Menorca for its style,quality and location. Santo Tomas is a very natural quiet place to relax and take in natural sights. The hotel is 5 star and offers good service in general Our only complaint is at breakfast time with a mixture of staff from very good to a few who cannot cope or listen badly. Ordering a pot of tea which most English prefer took on average 20mts and arrived sadly with hot milk on the side. This took daily corrections and although they eventually brought cold milk it irritated me lots. Thanks to Veronica who sorted our small problems out and made our service in general better . Also Reuben who supported us with his generosity at our last night's dinner. No hotel is perfect but overall a good hotel with an attentive team who tried hard to make our stay worth while. If you ask for help you get it.

Our stay at Villa Le Blanc was simply exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, blending understated luxury with breathtaking surroundings. Every space has been designed with impeccable taste, creating an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and wonderfully relaxing. The rooms, the views, the service, and the attention to detail all exceeded our expectations. A very special thank you to Carmen, Assistant Guest Experience Manager, who was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. Her genuine care, professionalism, and dedication to every detail made us feel truly welcomed and valued. Her kindness made a lasting impression. In fact, the entire team deserves recognition. Every member of staff was warm, gracious, and genuinely lovely, always greeting guests with a smile and making every interaction feel personal and sincere. Villa Le Blanc is much more than a beautiful hotel: it is a place where elegance meets heartfelt hospitality. We leave with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return :)

Our recent stay at Villa Le Blanc Gran Meliá was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for by an exceptional team whose attention to detail and professionalism made all the difference. A very special thank you to the entrance and parking team — Luis, Manu and Álvaro — for setting the tone from the very beginning with their warm welcome and seamless assistance. At reception, Quicus and Adriana ensured that everything was handled with efficiency, kindness and a personal touch that made us feel truly valued. The concierge team — Antonia, Andrea and Alejandro — were simply incredible. Their dedication, responsiveness and thoughtful recommendations elevated our entire experience. Dining was another highlight. The team at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner — Rubén, Cristòfol, Lucía, Miguel, Leo, Adriana and Nadia — consistently delivered not only excellent food but also impeccable service, always attentive, friendly and genuinely engaged. At the bar, Yundri, Fran and Daniel created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, making every moment enjoyable with their professionalism and great energy. Equally important, we would like to recognise the team members who work behind the scenes — housekeeping, kitchen staff, gardeners and all those not always visible. Their effort, care and dedication are clearly reflected in the flawless environment, quality of the food, and overall experience. Without them, this level of excellence would not be possible. Villa Le Blanc stands out for its combination of outstanding service, attention to detail, excellent gastronomy and a team that genuinely cares about its guests.
