Krásný hotel blízko Dubai Mall, skvělá poloha. Výborné snídaně. Personál velmi milý a nápomocný. Všichni velmi rádi pomohou, poradí. Příjemný bazén s barem, krásné pokoje, všude čisto, skvělý servis. Snídaně bohaté a výborné, dobrá káva i drinky u bazénu. Prostory hotelu jsou velmi příjemné a krásné. Velmi dobře dostupné, pěšky do Dubai Mall cca 15minut. Od hotelu jezdí minibus na nádhernou pláž Kite Beach. Byli jsme moc spokojeni, nic nám nechybělo a moc jsme si tu užili. Děkujeme, Aniek and Mustafa ☺️👏

I had a great dining experience at the restaurant in Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown, and Soumia made it truly exceptional. She was professional, friendly, and very attentive throughout. Her service was smooth and thoughtful, and her recommendations were excellent. She has a natural ability to make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. Soumia is a valuable asset to the team, and her service alone is a reason to come back again.

I'm having a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is well-maintained, and the location is excellent, very convenient and close to many attractions as well as the mall The overall service is also very organized and professional I would especially like to thank Malek from the restaurant for his outstanding customer service and genuine kindness. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure guests are satisfied. For example, if anything was missing from breakfast, he would personally make sure to bring it himself. I strongly encourage the hotel management to recognize and value employees like him I would also like to highlight Anjan from the restaurant. He is very attentive and impressive, especially in how he remembers each guest’s preferences and ensures everything is prepared even before being requested Very special thanks to Soumia who's incredibly kind, knows exactly how to deal with guests, and pays great attention to even the smallest details. What really makes her special is how she remembers those details, which makes the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. Honestly, whenever she is on leave, you can clearly feel the difference in the level of service. That alone shows how valuable she is to the team. I highly recommend that management takes good care of such dedicated and talented employees, as they're a big part of what makes guests want to come back I would also like to recognize the reception team, who truly deserve to be mentioned by name: Ahmed, Ayoub, Karim, and Mustafa. They are exceptionally professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They know exactly how to make guests feel valued and connected to the place. A special thanks to Ahmed, who was incredibly supportive and helpful when I wasn’t feeling wel, I truly appreciate his care and assistance I would also like to thank Chamath from the housekeeping team for his excellent attention to detail in cleaning the room. He's very professional and doing a great job, and his colleagues were also very good Overall, the hotel is excellent, but I do have one concern regarding a staff member named Aziz at the restaurant. Unfortunately, his approach with me wasn't professional. Even after raising this issue with the management, there was no apology or effort to address the situation from his side, which was disappointing Despite this, I would still recommend this hotel for its quality, location, and the majority of its exceptional staff
